This lovely villa is part of a resort of nine identical villas,situated in a tranquil,secluted area with access to residents only.Four bedroom villas also available.
Reginas villa is furnished and equipped to the highest possible standards and features:

Upstairs
Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and veranda overlooking the patio and pool. Two twin bedrooms, one with veranda overlooking the patio and pool, bathroom/WC. All bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.

Ground Floor
Large living dining room with satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, telephone, 24 hr free internet connection,safe (extra charge) with French windows opening onto veranda with patio and private pool. Fully equipped kitchen, guest WC.

Exterior
Partly covered veranda, patio, private pool, garden furniture, umbrellas and sun loungers, built BBQ, covered car park & garden.



Services
Cleaning once a week, reception, , caretaker who lives on the premises and available 24 hours for emergencies, tennis court,daily pool and garden maintenance. Other services include extra maid service, car hire, meet and assist at the airport, grocery packs, special requests like champagne& flowers, hairdressing/beauty treatments, massage, baby sitting, outside catering, daily au pair, Doctor on call 24hrs Excursions & Cruises and car hire.

The Larnaca District

Larnaca one of the oldest towns in Cyprus,is build over the ancient city of Kition,a rich sea port and major centre of the copper trade.Its remains can be seen today.
Stroll along the palm line sea front promenade and indulge in people watching at one of the many cafes or restaurants.The nearby marina is a friendly community of local and foreing yachtmen from all over the world.
Both Christianity and Islam have reserved religious sites in Larnaca.The Mosque of Hala Sultan Tekke by the sold lake,a favourite winter hapitat for flamingos and other rare migratory birds and Saint Lazarus 10th century church in the centre of town.
The hills in Larnaca district are toddet with many picturesque villages like Lefkara and Vavla famous for its local lace and silver.

Oroklini area

The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, including organic produce, a supermarket,bakery, bank, chemist,florist, laundry & dry cleaners, an animal ranch with horse & donkey rides and even go-carting. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants. Water sports and cruises are also a facility provided in the nearby area.Various festivals take place in the village trough out the year.

FLY TO LARNACA INT. AIRPORT.

HOW TO REACH US FROM THE AIRPORT
At the first round about, just outside the airport, turn right towards Larnaca

At the first roundabout(with a fountain in the middle) turn left following directions to Nicosia. Follow the main road which after five minutes drive it will take you outside Larnaca and through Aradippou village. At the fourth round about, which is a large round about after passing the Police station on your left,take the third exit direction to AYIA NAPA.


Turn left at the third exit towards Oroklini (VOROKLINI) Village.

Follow the road straight until you reach the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus on your left. After about 100m at the next junction turn right (Take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the road into the old village.)Once you turn right follow the road straight and once you are outside the Village, you will see a block of flats, The Mediterranian Sunrise. Keep the flats on your right and it will lead you straight into Regina’s Exclusive Villas. Our GPS COORDINATES ARE:N 34 59 1088 E 33 39 3416.
