The Larnaca District

The cosmopolitan city of Larnaca on its beach front promenade, there are all your favourites restaurants (pizza Hut, Mac donalds,KFC,Starbucks,etc) with a Hugh number of local cuisine,bars,nightclubs,are all open till the early hours. Within walking distance there are plenty of shops (even M & S, Debenhams, Selfridges)-souvenir Shops, designer stores, market stalls, and an active touristy place. Nicosia is a historical capital of Cyprus, with the North/south divide walls, Is a beautiful clean city, visit the Cyprus Archaeological Museum, for its image of Cyprus all the way back to Prehistoric times and the range of famous /valuable small pieces of pottery and coins, Gardens, shopping is plentiful and off course the Local delights of its local restaurant food is a must.

The beaches of golden bay are only 5 minutes drive, where you will find Sandy beaches, swim in the sea, water paragliding, wind surfing, diving courses and a full PADI level. The Cypriot peoples all of who speak English as their first language is very friendly and have a history of a close family ties and culture. Many 4 star hotels & restaurants are located on the beach front along the coastline with theatricacal performances,concerts, Cypriot folk dancing, music and BBQ'

Oroklini area

Oroklini is a very pleasant village town situated just 7 km from Larnaca,only 15 minutes from the new international airport. Supper the locally produce fresh foods in the traditional restaurants, local taverns and bars. With live sports and music. There are supermarkets, banks, money exchanges, taxi’s services, hair dressers chemists and many other local stores and a 24 hour bakery. Within 20 minutes to Ayia Napa, Nicosia close by, the spectacular views of the troodos mountains,watersports at Nissi beach, water park, go karting,nearest blue flag beach only 2 miles with banana boat rides, go karting,volleyball,fly-fishing,scuba diving are all within a short distance.

Beach and night life in the form of night clubs and bars are an everyday event.Long,warm and dry summers from Mid -may to mid October with temperatures ranging from 21-34 * reaching up to 40* c ,with a pleasant flow of sea breeze. Coldest months is between 7 and 15* C with rainy season between December to February.
