The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a high standard and is situated on a beautiful complex. Being at the edge of the complex there are unrestricted views from the balcony to the sea and surrounding countryside. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six people and has both inside and outside dining facilities. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and use of this is included in the rental. The complex boasts a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols provided. There is also an air conditioned, fully equipped gymnasium which also has a sauna in case its not hot enough outside!

The Larnaca District
The beaches of Golden Bay are just a 5 minute drive from the property, where you will find miles of sand and many water sports including paragliding, wind surfing, banana boats and diving courses to full PADI level. Larnaca is a mere 10 minute drive away from the apartment and has a proliferation of restaurants and bars, many of them overlooking the sea. It is a very cosmopolitan city and caters for all tastes and really buzzes at night. There is a lot of interesting history attached to the city and you can wander around the old part of town soaking in the atmosphere of this beautiful historic city.
Oroklini area
Oriklini is a lovely Cypriot village just 7 km from the cosmopolitan city of Larnaca. The village is surrounded by countryside and hills. The village has several lovely tavernas and bars which offer traditional Cypriot food and entertainment. It is definitely a place where you can watch the world go by while enjoying a drink or meal with friends. The village has a supermarket and bank and all amenities for your holiday. There is a go-kart centre nearby and horse riding close to the village. Activities to take part in this area include horse and donkey riding, mountain biking, quad biking and watersports on the beach. There are also fantastic walks with great scenery up and arpound Oriklini Hill.The nearest bar is located less than a ten minute walk from the property. For those wishing to explore the beautiful island of Cyprus you couldn't be better located than here, being within 30 minutes of the capital Nicosia which is must for any visitor and 30 minutes from Ayia Napa and its water parks and exciting night life. The Troodos mountains and the fantastic villages in this area are also worth visiting to soak up all the beautiful scenery and the traditional Cypriot culture. Paphos also can be reached within an hours drive and provides a good day out for all the family.

The apartment is about a 25 minute drive from Larnaca airport. There are numerous local excellent car hire companies or taxis are available at the airport

There is a TV and DVD player in the lounge with a large selection of current DVDs . There is also a CD player. There is a balcony that runs the width of the apartment with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom through french windows. The view from the balcony is of the sea and countryside. It is a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the village centre and is set in a quiet, peaceful area. There is intercom access and a lift available
