Quality two bedroom villa in cenral location, this property can cater for up to 6 adults. In the master bedroom, one Kingsize bed with large fitted wardrobes and veranda. Second bedroom has two three quarter beds, large fitted wardrobes, bathroom upstairs, W.C, Shower, Bath and Wash Basin.
Downstairs has an open plan kitchen and living area. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and four stools. Living area has two four seater settes, which can also be used as pull out beds. Downstairs cloak room with W.C and Basin.
Large garden area with private swimming pool and outside a secluded hot and cold shower, garden furniture including sunbeds, secure private driveway and parking facilities, all garden areas are secluded.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca has a population of 62,000, with a palm-lined promenade, it is the second port and the site of an international airport. Larnaca has deep blue seas and beauitiful sand beaches.
One of the oldest, continually-inhabited cities in the world, close is an 18th-century aqueduct, and two museums the Larnaka District Archaeological Museum and the Pierides Foundation Museum. Both contain exceptional examples of Mediterranean art.
Oroklini area
Between shopping trips to Larnaca’s international-calibre boutiques, inviting cafés offer shady resting spots and sweeping ocean views.Toward the centre of the city, is one of Larnaca’s and the island’s most cherished sites, the church of St. Lazarus. After his resurrection from the dead by Jesus, Lazarus elected to live out his “second” life as Bishop of Cyprus. He is reputedly buried in a crypt under the main altar.
Larnaca is 30 minutes drive from Nicosia the capital of Cyprus, this city is very cosmopolitan. Within the old town there are many shaded cobbled streets with jewellery shops and cafes. To the centtre is Ledra which is the modern end of town, with many restaurants and international clothes shops.
The property is close to the coast road from Larnaca towards Ayia Napa, situated between the sea and the hills. It is also close to the motorway, allowing easy access to explore the rest of the Island.
