Very modern interior design with light and airy aspect to the whole apartment. All linen and towels will be provided for each guest. In the spring of 2011 the apartment was completed redecorated and new furniture installed through out.

When you are not out and about exploring the village or the local beaches, you can enjoy the landscaped gardens and ornate pool area.
The complex is surrounded by trees and flowers, has its own park with orange, lemon and olive trees, two swimming pools for adults and children, private roads and a gym. The architectural design incorporates elements of the classical Cypriot village houses. Stone walls, arched windows and doors, a special layer of render on the outside all blend elegantly with contemporary living requirements.
Deposit is required once the booking is confirmed with full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security bond payment is also required to cover breakages or damages to the property, this will be returned to the client after departure within 7 days.
The Larnaca region

Oroklini is situated 8km north east of Larnaca town centre, it provides all amenities and is ideal for both holiday seekers and residential dwellers alike. Oroklini is well known for its local traditions such as the September Festival and for a serene and tranquil family life. It has a population of about 3000 and is a very popular destination for family holidays.
Only 1 km from all main traffic routes, the International Airport is only 20 km away. Ayia Napa/Protaras can be reached within 20 minutes, Nicosia within 30, Limassol within 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.
Oroclini village offers a wide range of shops including a supermarket, butchers, bakeries, bank, chemist, laundry & dry cleaners.
Over the last few years the village has continued to grow with new private homes and the renovation of existing houses in the 'older quarter'. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and Oroklini village boasts some fine restaurants.
The village is located close to sandy beaches which have the international Blue Flag award, and has a wonderful mountain backdrop which offers spectacular views of the surroundings.
South of Oroklini village, next to the Larnaca to Ayia Napa motorway is the shallow natural Oroklini Lake which is a must see for bird watchers. There are also nature trails, an animal ranch, which has horse and donkey rides and the Oroklini Go-Kart & Amusement Park

Great location, highly recommended to British tourists as they drive on the same side of the road. Ideal for self-catering as local ameneties very good. Restaurants in the area were excellent. Only a short 20 minute drive to the water park in Ayia Napa.
