We are very familiar with the island and able to speak English and Greek and would help with any queries that you may have before and during your stay.We are available by e-mail and phone .Our British representative is also available to contact and lives in the village.

The complex offers a large, picturesque communal swimming pool, a children's pool, a Jacuzzi, a waterfall, children's' play area, as well as a garden. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for your comfort. There are changing rooms, toilets and pool showers. The pool and garden are illuminated in the evening and create a wonderful view to be enjoyed from the balcony.
The pool is available all the year round. There are locked gates around the pool area to insure privacy- the security code to them is provided upon booking.
There is identified parking for the apartment, as well as a secure entrance door. There is an airconditioned lift.

The owners would respectfully request that guests do not smoke indoors.
Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price. If you book for 2 weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean. This can be arranged, at a small additional cost.
We can also provide welcome packs to suit your needs. There would be a minimal charge for this.
Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or the swimming pool.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure or immediately if booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date. A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required against breakages and damage. This will not be cashed unless needed and after discussion with yourselves.The refund will be within 10 days of the apartment keys being handed to our agent, provided everything is found to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
The Larnaca region
Cyprus has always been popular, with its 320 days a year sunshine, combining modern technology with a rich history. Most people speak English and driving is on the left side of the road! Cyprus is ideal for holidaymakers who enjoy tranquility, watersports or nightlife but also provides culture and historical interest. Both the mountains and sea are easily accessible. (within the same day).
Larnaca town centre is only 10 minutes away by car. It boasts the international airport, next to the salt lakes. The palm tree lined promenade has the beach on one side and bars and restaurants on the other. There is a marina, historical churches and mosques, as well as a traditional market and modern shops. On the outskirts of the town centre you will find smaller villages with tavernas and quaint fish restaurants.
Larnaca district is ideally located to reach any part of the island by car.

Nicosia, the only remaining divided city in the world, is 30 minutes away. The centre retains its character, providing a cobbled area with traditional goods, as well as designer shops. There are museums, restaurants and trendy bars. It is possible to cross to the occupied North of the island for the day. (Bring your passports).
Ayia Napa is 20 minutes' drive from Oroklini. With its white sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, it is a popular resort, with all types of water sports, restaurants, bars and clubs. The waterpark is reputed to be the largest in Europe and the themes of the rides are based on Greek Mythology.The surrounding area includes the rugged coast of Cape Greko with stunning views of the coasltine. To the East, there are the beaches of Protaras and Paralimni, with outdoor tavernas. The town of Dherynia provides a viewing point of the border between South and North Cyprus.
The bustling town of Limassol, with its marina, waterpark and many historical sites, is 45 minutes away.
The Troodos mountains and Paphos are approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away.
The Oroklini area
Oroklini retains its village character, but it is only 3 km to the Blue Flag sandy beaches and a 5 minute drive to Dhekelia road, with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops and luxurious hotels. Oroklini has a mountain backdrop with beautiful views. Nearby is a lake popular with bird watchers, woodlands, nature trails and a famous chapel.
There are many authentic tavernas with delicious traditional dishes, as well as a variety of bars and takeaways. The tavernas offer live music and dancing, as well as local and international food at competitive prices. The apartment is within walking distance to all the amenities.
In the outskirts of the village there is a 1600 metre Go-kart track. Oroklini also has horse and donkey rides. Bicycle hiring is available. The areas of Oroklini, Larnaca and Ayia Napa are popular for swimming, sailing, canoeing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, flysurfing, windsurfing, and every type of water sport activity.

There are regular direct flights to Larnaca and Paphos from the majority of UK airports.
The apartment is about 15 km from Larnaca airport; transfer time being approximately 20 minutes. Transport time from Paphos airport is about 1 hour 40 minutes.

2nd time staying in this comfortable apartment. As before, we all had a great holiday. Great pool area, some fine restaurants (3 or 4 within walking distance) and some lovely beaches. Konos being very pretty, but get there early!
2 great waterparks within driving distance, Kids loved them!!
Steve and Araxi very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for a lovely family holiday.

The apartment was clean and fully equipped and had everything we needed for the two week stay in Cyprus. The block is situated within easy walking distance of Oroklini villiage and just far enough way to feel like in a quiet location! The balcony overlooks the pool and is very pleasant in the day and evening to sit and dine or plenty of enough space to spread out and read a book with a glass of local wine. You need a car if you want to travel round Cyprus, but that is the case with many apartments in Cyprus, we have stayed at quite a few over the years and this one was one of the better locations and had more than enough facilities to feel like a home from home. The owners were pleasant and provided us with all the information we needed well in advance and had no problems what so ever and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
