A spacious two bedroom luxury villa which benefits from air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Open plan living/dining area which seats six. The living area has TV, playstation, CD/radio and DVD player. From the living area are patio doors which lead out onto a decked patio area and enclosed rear garden with a table and seating for 6, sun loungers and a BBQ. There is a downstairs cloakroom, a fully tiled main bathroom with shower over. Two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin and a double sofa bed downstairs.

The Larnaca District
Cyprus, sunshine and more. There are a wealth of beaches to choose from with white sand and turquoise waters or if you enjoy nature their are rugged coast lines, mountain peakes and cool pine forests to explore. Cyprus has something for everyone. You can visit Kiti which is home to the rare Byzantine mosaics or go and see one of the oldest monastaries, Stavrovouni perched on the mountain top. In the day you can enjoy a wide variety of watersports, diving, windsurfing or if you prefer to stay on land there is cycling,hiking and quad biking. At night you can choose from lively bars, romantic tavernas and beachside restaurants. Basically you can either have a relaxing holiday or something a bit more energetic Cyprus offers the best of both worlds. Cyprus also offers 340 days of sunshine a year. Long hot summers and short mild winters.
Oroklini area
Oroklini is a lovely village with all amentities. There are supermarkets, a bank, chemist, restaurants, tavernas and two bakeries. Two of the tavernas are famous for their traditional fayre and entertainment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, life is very relaxed. There are a couple of local beaches and a variety of watersports including diving which is very popular. Along the coastline there are numerous international restaurants, bars and a bowling alley. There are some excellent walks, cycle tracks and Quad bike hire is also available. Ayia Napa Water Park is only 20 minutes away and so is the famous Nissi Beach. Ten minutes away is the town of Larnaca with its palm tree lined promenade with numerous cafes and restaurants where you can sit and enjoy some people watching or you can walk along the boardwalk of the marina.
How to get there
Fly to Larnaca Airport from most major airports and villa is just 15 minutes away via car. We can provide a meet and greet service if required. New service from Easy Jet, Gatwick to Larnaca from as little as £79 return.
