With easy access to all motorways and only 10 minute drive to Larnaca,s town centre and all other coastal entertainment facilities.

The villa is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker/oven, extractor, TV/DVD players, SATELITE TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, poolside barbecue, poolside shower, loungers and umbrellas around the pool. Each bedroom has double/twin beds, fitted wardrobes, 1 bedroom with En suite, veranda sea and mountain views. 3 bedrooms with mountain views. Also 1 bathroom, and 1 shower, The villa has a private pool (8m x 5m)

The property also has a 2 dining rooms, morning room, and lounge. All windows and patio doors are double glazed. Own drive for 3 cars. Easy access to all main routes throughout Cyprus. The nearby village of Oroklini has all local amenities including a Bank and local produce within 3-4 minutes walk.Tennis courts are available in Oroklini village.

The Larnaca region

The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. it enjoys sunshine all day as it is a south facing garden. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs, although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out.

The villa is located to ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment. Approximately 1.5 km you will find miles and miles on superb sandy beaches steming from Larnaca to Agia Napa and beyond. Agia Napa is a 15 minute drive away. There are many night spots nearby and an abundance of restaurants. A

drive along the beach takes you to "Faros" famous for it's lighthouse and nearby "Spiros Beach" where you will find watersports and other beach activities. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and located only 5 kms away are the famous salt lakes, which are the sanctuary of flamingos, swans and other migrating birds

The Oroklini / Oroklini Village area

Oroklini is fast becoming a hotspot for relocating due to its picture postcard setting and relaxed atmosphere, and this is made crystal clear to visitors when they see that among Oroklini's two banks, one junior school and three churches.

It will be no surprise to you, then, that the village of Oroklini has an excellent selection of holiday and temporary accommodation to cater for all tastes.

Fabulous places to eat

Oroklini also offers some fabulous places to eat, with a superb take-away pizzeria in the village centre that must be sampled, along with Voreas who serves an excellent beef stifado (stew) that is difficult to rival.
For those who may be feeling a little homesick, visit Cessac on the Dhekelia Army Base, reputed to serve the best fish and chips in Cyprus.

The local Oroklini tavernas offer a good choice of food and are at the very heart of the village's social life. There is a variety of shops to make your stay in Oroklini trouble free, such as a supermarket, a bakery, a chemist, a laundry and a dry cleaner.

Surrounded by more beauty

Oroklini is surrounded by other equally quaint villages, such as Kiti which has won the Best Kept Village in Cyprus award more than once. Also in close proximity is the village of Tersefanou which is due to have a new 18 hole golf course built. Another village worth a visit is Liopetri, if only to see the lovely flower beds in the village square.

“Large luxury villa stay” This villa is enormous! Very clean, modern and in a superb location. The facilities went above and beyond those expected. Excellent meet and greet couple who were easy to contact but otherwise allowed us to get on with enjoying the holiday. Lovely pool with comfortable sun lounges and pool equipment. Having a car meant that a supermarket shop was very easy, however lovely bakery and facilities within walkable distance. Tavernas in town were very hospitable. Also sampled a more 'up-market restaurant' for a birthday which was on the seafront and served excellent, modern food. Sky TV, wireless internet and air con all built in, however, outside facilities were so great we did not need to put the television on. All of the bedrooms were spaciuos and comfortable. I would highly recommend thuis villa for a large group of friends or for families.

This is the first time weve stayed in a villa in Cyprus other than family, we were not sure what the exoperience would be like, however the hous ewas very comfortable and the kids fitted in straight away, we enjoyed stying here and certainly be recommending this house to all our friends and family, and will be booking our holidays for 2010 here.
