What better way to spend your holiday than in a luxury Florida villa just 10 mins drive from Walt Disney World. Overlooking a small lake, our villa is ideally placed for that sunshine break. Close enough to the parks but far enough away from the busy areas of Orlando. Shops close by include Wal-marts, Publix and numerous restaurants. Both en-suite master bedrooms have luxury king size beds. The house is equipped with all the amenities of home, including utility room, kitchen and dining area. All towels and linen are provided.
Within easy reach of both Florida’s coasts, travelling is made easy by its close proximity to major motorways. However if you would prefer to relax at home, you are provided with a fully screened extended patio and pool area to while away those sun kissed hours of relaxation.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is not known as the Sunshine State for nothing. With all year round sun and warm temperatures it provides the ideal holiday environment. All ages are catered for plus diverse interests from Mickey watching to golfing holidays.
The property is situated very conveniently to the Disney park and close to Universal Studios and Sea World, making it ideal for a family holiday.
Orlando / Sunrise Lakes area
Sunrise Lakes is a local community located in the southern most part of Lake County, one of the most beautiful, and for Florida, hilliest areas of the region. It is close to Disney and an easy car ride from Universal & Sea World adventure parks. Golfing is literally a stone’s throw (or is that a four?) away, as are shops and restaurants. Although you have your own private pool to swim in, there is also a larger swimming pool on the community site. Lake County has some of the most beautiful national parks in the area.
