We have been visiting Florida for 25 years and we are more than happy to offer any advice you may need.
We keep our costs low so that everyone can afford the Florida sunshine and we even don't charge you any additional resort taxes. We even have the cleaning done at our expense.
We will respond to your enquiry immediately and are happy to hold your booking provisionally if you need to arrange travel plans.
Deposits
Your reservation will be confirmed with a 20% rental deposit. You will also be asked to complete and sign a rental agreement within 7 days of booking. On receipt of your signed rental agreement you will be forwarded a booking reference. This will secure your dates until your full balance is due, 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The complex is gated for added security and is coded entry and the condo is governed by a keycode to gain access.
Our management team will be on hand to offer you every assistance should you require anything.
A £100 refundable security bond will be requested with your final booking which will be returned to you no more than 14 days after your holiday.
Check in times are 4pm and the unit should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation fees will not be imposed if we are able to fill the dates with another reservation and we will be more than happy to refund any monies paid less your deposit.
We accept cheques, paypal (paypal is a 3% charge) or direct entry into a nominated account.

Had a wonderful vacation staying at Elegant Isles. Arrived to an immaculately clean and tastefully decorated condo. We loved the accommodation and the Resort which far exceeded our expectations! The apartment itself was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and furnished and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal being very close to Seaworld (our favourite place to visit), International Drive and the I4.
