Our stunning 3 bed Penthouse apartment has one of THE most enviable positions on this amazing resort. Located in Bldg 10 next to the clubhouse & pool area PLUS we have a spectacular view of the entire Lake Cay.
Professionally decorated with executive-style taste, we have provided everything to make your holiday an amazing experience right down to the towels and bedlinen. Fully equipped kitchen, large living room, and den/office room. The kitchen has granite counter tops and bathrooms are corian vanity tops. Large walkout patio with plentiful seating and gorgeous view.
All beds in bedrooms have pillow top mattresses to give you and your family/guests a very comfortable and restful sleep.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
In general, there are three geographic areas that serve the South Orlando area - International Drive, Lake Buena Vista & US Hwy 192 in the Kissimmee area.
Imagine dropping a stone in a pond with Walt Disney World at the centre, International Drive would be to the East end of the ripples, Kissimmee to the South and Lake Buena Vista near the centre. With its warm sunny days and mild nights, Orlandos sub-tropical climate and year-round mild weather makes for a great vacation destination.
At the heart of the "Sunshine State", average annual temperature is a comfortable 72.4 degrees while Central Florida's rainfall keeps the area lush and green throughout the year. The warmest months are July and August with temperatures up to 90 degrees. October through March is cooler with high temperatures in the region of 70 degrees.
Best Time to go to Disney World
When deciding on the best time for you and your family to visit Disney World, the main issue is usually the crowds. When visiting any major theme park, you are going to experience large crowds; And since Disney World is the most popular theme park in the world, there is hardly a day at the park without large crowds. If you do your research, you can find certain times of the year, January and September for example, that are less busy at Disney World. Even though you may enjoy shorter lines during these times, there are downsides to going at these less busy times of the year. For one, Disney has more festivities planned during certain times of the year like Christmas and New Years. For many people, it is worth fighting the crowds to be at Disney World during these times of major festivities.
Crowds are not the only factor when deciding on the best time to visit Disney World. It is also a good idea to take the weather into account. The summer time can bring extreme heat. Some of the best weather at Disney World comes in the evening with mild temperatures so make sure to rest up during the day so you’re ready to go out at night.
Other tips to keep in mind when planning a trip to Disney World:
- If you are ok with taking your little ones out of school for a trip, do it! Any time other than school holidays is a great time to go to Disney World because you can expect smaller crowds and shorter lines
- Keep a close eye on park opening and closing times so you can take advantage of late nights and early starts
- Two weeks after the Thanksgiving holiday (last 2 weeks of October onwards) is a great time to go to Disney World because the crowds are minimal, the weather is still warm and comfortable and the Christmas decorations are already up.

The property is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, we accept short term stays (minimum 3 days), holiday lets, corporate and long term residential lets. We have a management company on site who are on hand 24hrs a day to look after you throughout your stay.
The apartment is key coded so no need to worry about having to collect keys are worst of all risk losing them on your holiday and not being able to get back in ! 1 week before you depart I will email you a code - this code is specific to your booking which will only work between the dates you have booked, it is exclusive to you and activates on arrival.

Please email first to check that your desired dates are definitely available. After checking availability, providing you with a total cost and receiving your confirmation that you wish to book the stated dates, you will be sent a booking form which should be completed and returned by mail or email together with your 10% deposit. If your booking is less than 6 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form. Any balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival in the US. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by all persons occupying the property.
£70 Cleaning fee applies to all reservations. 13% tax is applied to every reservation (compulsory tax in Florida)
Check-in is 4:00 pm ~ Check-out is 11:00 am (please advise if you require an earlier check in or later check out - we are happy to accommodate and understand you don't want to be hanging around waiting to check in after a long journey especially when you have children ! :-)

Just returned from Florida. The accommodation was superb and I would highly recommend it and we will certainly return next time we visit Disney.
The whole complex was extremely well maintained. The position was perfect, although very peaceful and a feeling of seclusion you were only a five minute drive to International Drive, ten minutes to Universal and fifteen minutes to Disney World.The pool area was very inviting, with ample sunbeds and shade. The accommodation itself was superb and was finished to a very high standard. It was spacious and was extremely well equipped to meet every family need. After a hard day at the park what a pleasure it was to sit on the balcony and admire the lovely view!
Thanks again for all your advice and help in ensuring we had a wonderful stay in Florida.
