***LUXURY SIX BED VILLA AT AFFORDABLE PRICES***
Situated amongst the rolling hills of Clermont our beautifully appointed, fully air conditioned, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom family villa provides state-of-the-art living with comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room. It can accommodate 14 people comfortably and is ideal for one to four families. The living room has a TV (with cable), DVD/VCR player, stereo/CD and PS2 and each bedroom is equipped with a TV (with cable as well). There is fabulous screened-in pool and patio deck with a poolside spa, which is larger than average and has sun loungers provided. A high chair and pack 'n' play crib are also available for our little guests.
Disney and other area attractions are just a short drive away, while great shopping and dining are minutes away. Other attractions in the area are bass fishing and 25 golf course within easy reach.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida is known as the Sunshine State of the USA.
Home to many theme parks including: Disney World's Magic Kingdom Epcot Animal Kingdom MGM Studios Typhoon Lagoon Water Park Blizzard Beach Water Park Sea World Aquatica Universal Studios Universals Island of Adventure Universal Studios Wet n Wild Water Park Busch Gardens Kennedy Space Centre and Many more.
For the evenings there are plenty of restaurants for you to choose from however if you want to continue the fun there are shows such as Arabian Nights and Medieval Times.
International Drive is full of activities and shops for all the family and tif you want some retail therapy there are several shopping malls as well such as the Florida Mall and the Millenium Mall.
There are also many top Golf Courses within close reach to our villa such as Champions Gate 36 hole golf, designed by Greg Norman, which is one of the top rated golf courses in the USA.
You can also visit the Aligators by taking a ride on an air boat on Boggy Creek.
And if that is not enough you are only and hour away from the beautiful Atlantic coast beaches(east coast) and hour and half from the wonderful Bay of Mexico beaches(west coast).

Orange Tree is a peaceful community situated in beautiful hills of Clermont. It is close to all the main attractions and is only 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, and just over an hour away from Kenendy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach, making it ideally placed. Food shopping is easy with a large Walmart just a couple of blocks away and there is a wealth of restaurants just minutes away from the villa.
It is close to more than 25 golf courses and there is a tennis court and play area within Orange Tree.

'Your villa is lovely and very spacious. We were so glad the pool and Jacuzzi were heated. All the parks were within a reasonable distance from the villa and I would like to thank you for all your help.'
'In regards to the holiday, can I just say thank you so much for the use of your villa. It was by far better than we could have expected, every thing was spot on, not one fault at all. Only down side I could think of was the rush to get the master bedroom with my mother. (thankfully I won) That room is unbelieveable especially the en suite. The villa we found was ideally located for our needs on a very nice estate with theme parks and restaurants near by and even the local Wall Mart down the road which came in very useful.'
