About the home

Your opportunity to share our family friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Within our large villa of almost 2500 sq. ft. interior space, we feature an exquisite Master en-suite with a King sized bed, a second master en-suite with a queen size bed, plus a further 2, twin rooms sharing a third bathroom. The additional roll-away-bed mean up to 9 people can be comfortably accommodated. Although we do have a wooden crib/cot for our young guest along with highchair, light weight stroller and a bed-guard for the toddler.

We keep the children and the entire family happy with a fabulous Games Room and Mini Gym which includes, a full size pool table, air hockey table, foosball (twist football), elliptical cross Trainer and Ab Toner all at no extra cost! The quality of this games room, mini gym, is rare to find in holiday rental villas. There are other boxed games for the family to enjoy.

The villa has WIFI internet access, cable TV in all bedrooms along with a DVD and video in the family room. The oversized pool (heating optional) and sundeck soak up the sun all day long and for those who prefer the shade there is a large lanai.

The fabulous Games Room and Mini Gym includes a full size Pool table, Air Hockey table, Foosball (twist footbal), Elliptical Cross Trainer and Ab Toner, all at no extra cost.

The large comfortable family room overlooking the pool and patio has 2 large comfy Italian leather sofas that you just sink into and large Italian leather lounge chair and foot stool. Once comfortable, you can watch the 31" TV, a video or DVD, or just relax and talk about your wonderful day. Alternatively relax in the second lounge on the sofa and lounge chair and listen to your music or radio or catch up on the book you've been promising yourself. Not brought one? Well choose one of ours.

The master bedroom is exquisitely decorated, providing a king size bed and television. This adjoins the en-suite master bathroom with a very large tub, walk in shower, and his and hers vanity units and toilet.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, television, with en-suite facilities and a private entrance to the pool and patio. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, a television, and generous wardrobe space.

Kitchen: This ideal kitchen has every major appliance, cooker, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, electic can opener, good quality cutlery, crockery and glassware, telephone (with low cost distance dialing) and waste disposal unit. Adjacent is the breakfast nook and elegant dining area for that special meal. The utility room has a massive washing machine and tumble dryer.

The main feature of the villa is the large screened pool that can be heated for an extra fee. The surrounding deck was enlarged to proved extra space for sun bathing. There is seating and loungers to enjoy this oversized sun deck which gives a great feeling of openness around you.

The villa and gardens are maintained to the very highest standards by a local Management Company. They also carry out all pool maintenance.

- A deposit of £150 per week is required for each week booked. A refundable security deposit of £200 is requested and will be refunded 28 days after returning home subject to the villa and contents being undamaged.

- Rental commences at 4pm on arrival day and ceases 10am on departure day

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

All major theme parks are close by, with Disney's Animal Kingdom just 10 minutes away. The excellent road network means the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic Coast is just 60 minutes away and the Gulf Coast beaches are about 80 minutes away.

Florida has excellent year round weather for both winter and summer holidays. For those who want less hot weather, we recommend October to May.

The Orlando area

The property is located in the prestigious Greater Groves community. It is situated well away from road noise and offers a peaceful and tranquil place to relax at the end of a hard day's play at nearby Disney. Within 2 miles there are two Supermarkets plus a Wal-Mart to stock up the fridge and there are many restaurants nearby too. Numerous golf courses within a 10 minute drive offer the chance to lower your handicap score and Central Florida also provides for endless shopping.

Within a short drive is SeaWorld, Universal Studios, etc. Without a doubt it is the world centre for family fun. There is also lots of night life, Church Street station has an excellent choice of themed bars and is well worth a visit. Disney's Pleasure Island is ideal for all ages.

Close by is Lake Minneola where you will find fishing, boat hire and cycle hire. Lake Louise is situated 10 minutes away whilst Mount Dora has quaint shops and is less than an hour away, it also has an excellent selection of restaurants.

“Brilliant location and and comfortable villa” A very clean and comfortable villa with all the equipement you will need. We found having two lounges very good as we travelled with friends and teenagers who needed their own space at times. The rooms were very spacious and we didn't need to pack bulky towels as there were more than enough. The laundry room was an added bonus as we could wash and dry our clothes which also saved packing too much. The location was excellent as it was very central and in a very quiet residential area. There are many restaurants to eat at within five minutes drive and we found Ponderosa and the Golden coral excellent value for money when travelling with teenagers. Near by are two very large supermarkets 'publix and wallmart' they have everything! The owner of the villa was very quick to repond to our booking and kept us up date with information and directions throughout. Will definitely return.
