About the home

5 bedroom and 4 bathrooms makes Heron Villa an ideal choice for a large family,two families or smaller parties wishing to enjoy the space. With over 2000sq ft of luxurious,air conditioned comfort it gives everyone the space to enjoy their holiday.

Our villa now enjoys FREE INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CALLS so you can keep in touch with home if you wish. We have fabulously comfortable leather furniture and fantastic 6ft 6 ins master beds with matching decor. Our two master suites each have their own access to the pool/spa, so a late dip or early morning swim can be had without disturbing the others.

Our 46 inch flat screen TV now has HD channels with a recordable to watch later option. A DVD player is provided in the living room and we have a library of DVDs for children and adults alike. All bedrooms have cable TV .Our aim is to bring you LUXURY, COMFORT, and a truly ENJOYABLE stay at a cost that wont break the bank.

NO smoking in the villa is allowed, but we do allow smoking outside in the pool area.

Our great pool area with it's exotic plants is well screened with special opaque screening to the bottom of the pool screen plus tasteful hedging to give a great degree of privacy whilst you enjoy the pool or spa. Couple this with a corner plot with it's added space and elevated position, this was truly a major plus point from our view when we decided to purchase our home.

New for 2009, we have invested in Solar panels to heat the pool and these give temperatures in the 80sf + during the summer months, ei April to early October. Outside of this period or If higher temperatures are required, then there will be an additional cost as detailed below -

If additional heat is required for the spa and pool the following charges will apply -

Spa and Pool heat - £15.00 per day. We have a highly efficient gas heater for this, but due to the high cost of natural gas we do have to make a charge for this addition.

We provide hair dryers in all bathrooms so you don't have to fill your cases with their extra weight and there are beach towels for your use should you wish to visit either the west or east coast beaches for the day.

Our villa is close to so many great Golf Courses and is around 15 mins from Disney. There are lakes and walks around Orange Tree, and many other pursuits within easy reach. Truly an area where there is something for everyone.

Our well equipped games room has an air hockey game to compliment the slate bed pool table. We also provide tennis raquets and balls to enable our guests and children to take advantage of the free tennis court and large playing field on our community.

Our home is as ideally suited for either a couple who enjoy a spacious environment, a large family or maybe two families. With such a large house it's easy to accommodate a variety of guests and still give everyone plenty of space to enjoy to enjoy their well earned holiday.

Our villa is situated on an over large plot, enjoying a south facing pool now with free solar heating plus spa, and because of the installation of special Florida glass to the lower part of the mesh pool screen and with the addition of shrubbery , we have a more private pool area than most. (Please view the rear view of our pool area in the gallery section).

We also provide FREE OF CHARGE - child's cot with bedding,high chair and stroller.

FREE Solar powered heated Pool -

The pool is solar heated and maintains (unless adverse weather temperatures) a minimum of 75 degrees, providing the pool cover is used from October to April when the pool is not in use. We can not be held responsible for failure of the solar heating as this is provided Free of charge.

If a higher temperature is required, gas heating is available at an additional charge.

Spa/Pool heat - £15.00 per day

Further details

A 20% deposit of the rental cost is required to confirm your booking, which can be paid by either cheque or postal orders or direct bank transfer. A £150 security deposit is required with your final payment. This will be returned as soon as possible after your vacation end and our home has been checked for damage or loss by our managing agents. Full details in our terms and conditions, available on request.

The balance is due 10 weeks before your arrival, or if your arrival date is less than 10 weeks then the whole amount will be due on booking.

Gas BBQ available to rent at $50 per stay, includes first cannister of gas.

Our villa is managed by a local management company based on Orange Tree, thus ensuring your stay is trouble free.

All prices include Florida taxes.
We have our home alarmed which gives you and us peace of mind.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

With great theme parks, lush green golf courses, nature trails and a shoppers paradise of shopping malls, Orlando and it's surrounding area has just so much to offer.

A fantastic climate all year round makes this area a joy to be at.

The Orlando / Orange Tree area

Clermont is the area in which we are situated, but it is actually a few miles away. If you travel along the US27 you will find lakes to visit and fantastic walks through wooded areas., quite different, and a relaxing alternative to a busy schedule.

Orange Tree is as it suggests, a community surrounded by beautiful orange groves and after a noisy day at the parks, it is a welcome tranquillity.

With tennis court, basketball, children's play areas with climbing frames and slides and a large playing field, Orange Tree can entertain without the need to drive, it's all a few minutes walk from our villa.

“Wonderful” A lovely, warm and well looked after home. We had a wonderful time in the villa, Yvonne (owner) and Sue (management) are both lovely people who strive to provide the best service in a genuine way. The house itself is huge!! Beautifully decorated, the attention to detail is astounding and each room had its own character whilst fitting together with a modern yet traditional theme. The pool and jacuzzi, alongside the games room were all wonderful additions not found in all homes and the kitchen was spacious and well equiped!! All I can say is that if you have the chance, book this home you will not find a better place believe I looked!!

“This home definitely had the WOW FACTOR” This was the first time ever that I had booked a holiday independently, and believe me I was worried at the thought of doing it, because you hear so many bad stories about holiday villas not even existing. But you have to take a chance sometimes and I am so GLAD I did. I struck GOLD when I fould this villa. From the first telephone call with Yvonne and the numerous emails answering my questions even to where the nearest cinema was, the level of professionalism was first class. At first I thought the villa was a little way out from the attractions but the facilities, the peaceful surroundings and watching the hot air balloons in the morning, it was well worth the journey home everyday. The pictures of the villa were great but do not do justice to it. Actually being there in person gave it the WOW factor. Everything you could ask for and more was in this home. Hairdryers, beach towels (which means a lighter suitcase going out and a heavier one coming home with all your goodies). Sheets, bath/hand towels and the entire home were SPOTLESS. Even the personal touch with tea/coffee, soap,toilet rolls etc to start you off was a welcoming gesture especially when you arrive later in the evening. The pool and spa were a great way to relaxing and chilling out. I would definitely recommend to others and will be rebooking again. A truly 5 STAR accommodation that is not just a holiday let but felt like a HOME for the lenght of time we were there. This is a credit to Yvonne and Clive and a big thank you for sharing your home. “As Tina says, this place is SIMPLY the best!” From the moment we enquired about reserving the property, to the time we arrived home, Yvonne's attention to detail ref our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Such an outstanding level of customer service by the owner was replicated in the villa itself; it is simply perfect! The villa is huge, equipped with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay and furnished with a real eye for quality. Our 9 and 12 year old boys loved the well equipped games room and all 6 of us adored the pool and spa which were piping hot thanks to the solar heating - that saves a BIG chunk of money on pool heat which was easily swallowed up by the theme parks! The bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and uber comfortable and the bathrooms are exceptional too. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and we arrived to a welcome pack which included everything we needed on arrival - right down to tea bags and dishwasher tablets! The free international calls and WIFI were also a very welcome addition; it really is hard to believe what you get for the price! All in all, this place really made our holiday and I wholeheartedly sing from the rafters about it. Needless to say, we absolutely intend to stay again. Thoroughly recommended and deserving of it's 5 star rating - enjoy :)

“First class accommodation in a good location” Excellent accomodation in a lovely quiet area, yet only minutes from Disney. Very well furnished, inside and out, very clean. Supermarkets almost on the doorstep, so it all adds up to an excellent base. We hope to return again, when the new grandchild is able to appreciate Orlando and its attractions.

From the minute I contacted Yvonne in May (2010) I knew I had made the right decision in booking this villa. Yvonne is lovely, wonderfully quick to reply to ANY question you might have and a truly genuine person. The villa itself is wonderful and not to mention absolutely massive!!! Our first words on arrival were 'WOW'! As previously mentioned by others the pictures do not do the house justice, the pool is lovely as is the jacuzzi; very relaxing. The attention to detail is astounding and we truly enjoyed every minute we spent in the villa. A quick mention about Sue from Florida Finest Villas Yvonne's management; what a wonderful, funny and committed person, coming out at 11pm to help with a disfunctioning alarm (With hilarious consequences!), very professional lady.
Stop looking at other villas you won't find a better one! Book this quick!! Hopefully we will be back and I can say with total honestly we will be lucky to get this amazing home once again!- Matharu family - August 2011

Stayed Xmas & New Year 2010 2011.

We had no problems finding the villa as we had been supplied with good directions from the owners. When we arrived we found the villa had Xmas lights and lovely Xmas tree. I cannot rate highly enough every thing about the villa was perfect the decor and furniture were lovely and so well equipped. Pool excellent children loved being able to swim when ever they wanted too. We enjoyed our 4 week stay thoroughly and when we go back to Florida this villa will be our first choice. " We enjoyed the weather and the Villa was Fab, my sister left a fold up buggy in the garage of the villa as she brought it out there and she thought people who have small children may as well use it. We loved applebees and went to bob evans also Sante Fe Excellent food. We have all gained weightas you do out there. Weather was not too good the second week it rained quiet a bit and long down pours, never mind. "We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home in Florida.
You have it furnished such that you feel really "at home".
Your directions from the airport to the house were easy to follow.
We met Sue and Allan when we arrived, ----- because we couldn't get the front door to open, but we mastered it.
The grandchildren had a marvellous time in the pool,if it wasn't for the lure of the parks I'm sure they would have spent every day there, and been quite happy.
To use the American term, our stay at Orange Tree was "Awesome".
The only small negative point I had was that the barbeque had not been cleaned by the previous occupiers and the gas bottle was completely empty.(THIS IS BEING ADDRESSED and it has now been decided to withdraw this free facility due to misuse by a few.So sorry.- Yvonne- Villa Owner)

“Just a quick e mail to say thanks for letting us stay in you lovely home. The villa was great lots of home comforts and large enough for us all to have our own space too. We had a fantastic time in Florida but very tiring. The kids have had a great time especially the pool, they were in every morning about 8am and every evening after a long day at the parks. The only thing that spoilt it was my sister being delayed all this time, she landed back in Manchester this morning so she has just about had a month over there!!!!!! My niece had exams this week that's why my sister has not been too impressed, but there was nothing we could do about it.

" Just a quick line to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at the villa, we can’t think of anything we were not happy with everything was as expected.

It was really nice that when we arrived there was coffee/milk etc already there, although we had already stopped at Walmart on the way as the villa we had last year did not even have cleaning cloths to wipe surfaces down never mind coffee. The little touches made a big difference such as having books/dvds and games there.

Pool was brilliant stayed same temperature throughout and selection of pool toys kept everyone amused for hours.

Sue and Alan were a great help when we contacted them especially when my son was ill and needed a doctor. It was so nice to have management close by.

We will definitely recommend you to any friends or family going to Florida.
