My family and I stayed in one of your resort townhouses and we were ABSOLUTELY blown away at just how nice the amenities were. The house was extremely clean, spacious and just a huge surprise. We had our on private pool and everything was just fabulous. We will definitely be returning!! THANKS!!

I made reservations in November, and at that time I asked a lot of questions about the resort. I told them I was taking my whole family down to Florida for the first time and I wanted everything to go very smoothly. I also said I did not want any surprises when I got there like, exrta charges or the pictures on the web site aren't exactly what you get etc. I was driving from Ontario, Canada 22 hours away that's why all the questions. They assured me that it would not happen. When we arrived everything was as they said, it is a fantastic place to stay I would recommend it to anyone. I am going back this year again, that's how much we enjoyed staying there. The staff was very helpful at all times, my two year old granddaughter got sick and the staff helped us find a hospital right away. Only 15-20 minutes from Disney and a great part of Kissimmee to stay, with everything you could ever want like Walmart, and all kinds of grocery stores

What a wonderful weekend! The house was perfect - quiet and isolated from all of the hustle and bustle of Orlando, but still easily accessible to Epcot, which was exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and did our best to leave things as we found them. The pool and the place was perfect for our needs and I am very glad that we finally got to do our sisters reunion. I took the liberty of removing the Encantada brochure from the house so as to share it with some of my colleagues. It's perfect for adults who want both privacy and space, and I'll certainly speak to that at school this week. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our sisters' reunion as perfect as it was. Sincerely,
