Our beautiful condo is located inside the FLORIDAYS ORLANDO RESORT on the world famous INTERNATIONAL DRIVE, where you'll find the amenities of a WORLD-CLASS LUXURY HOTEL. The lushly landscaped 20-acre property offers holidaymakers everything they need to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing, business meetings, shopping or recreation.
Our condo is central to many Orlando theme parks. It is within 5 min. drive to Sea World and approximately 10 min. to all the Disney Parks. Grocery shops such as Publix and Walgreen are within walking distance and Walmart is 5 minutes drive from the resort.
For the serious shopper the PREMIUM OUTLETS around the corner has 110 of the finest names in designer clothing , shoes, children's items, luggage and leather goods etc. Outlet stores include Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Versace, Nike, Timberland, DKNY, GUESS, Tommy Hilfiger, Addidas, Nine West, Liz Claibourne, Jones New York and many more top designer labels at bargin bucket prices (make sure you pick up your discount cards from the visitor centre or at reception). The shopper also has to visit The Mall at Millenia / MACY'S which is 20 min. drive from the resort.

CONVENTIONS - Orange County Convention Centre is 3.5 miles/5.6km from the Resort . You can bring your family and stay in a condo that offers family size space so you have room to relax with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer if you should require them. Or eat at the Pool Bar and Grill and enjoy a Starbucks Coffee. There are also some great Restaurants nearby. We love the Bahama Breeze Restaurant in particular and its just 5 minutes down the road.
FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS is available and additional internet access at the resorts business centre. Satellite TV in every room. 27" Large Screen TV in the bedrooms and a 37" HD Flat Panel Plasma TV in the Living room with DVD Player and CD Player. Plenty of Storage Space for all your purchases.
I can guarantee it IS as good as it looks.

As part of a world class resort the facilities include 24/7 reception desk, concierge services, conference space, and grand pool including a beach with volleyball area. Guests have free access to the resorts state of the art fitness centre/gym with treadmills, elliptical trainers and strength-training machines. The game room including the latest digital games and more.
The beautifully landscaped grand swimming pool complex is a highlight of the resort with its lap pool and kids interactive play area. An expansive patio with a poolside bar and grill overlooks the grand pool area. Children can play in the nearby wading pool and jet playscape. The smaller, more private pool (next to our condo) is ideal for swimming and sunbathing or relaxing in the jacuzzi
An on-site marketplace sells groceries, toiletries, gifts and sundries. In-room dining is available. The resort also provides a business centre.
You can order a tall, tropical drink or lunch from the Pool Bar and Grill while the kids splash in the nearby water-jet playscape and wading pool.

Floridays Resort Orlando is located on a beautiful 20-acre property in an UPSCALE section of INTERNATIONAL DRIVE SOUTH, in the centre of Orland's tourist district. Best of all, Floridays Resort Orlando is within minutes of the many Orlando vacation attractions, including SeaWorld and Aquatica (2.3 miles/3.7km), Universal Studios (7.7 miles/12.4 km) and Lake Buena Vista entrance to Walt Disney World (2.4 miles/3.9 km).
Florida is also known for its wide range of golf courses. Nearby courses include Shingle Creek Golf Club and Grande Pines Golf Club. Grande Pines offers a kids-golf-for-free program for children under 15.
With it's fabulous shopping malls and Florida's white sandy beaches this really is a place for all to enjoy.
The Orlando / International Drive area
IF YOU ARE NERVOUS ABOUT DRIVING IN FLORIDA , you will have no problem getting around from this property without a car. International Drive is approximately 6 miles long and has its own transport system, the I-RIDE Trolley (International Drive Trolley) which stops outside the front gate (stop 39). Five of the World's greatest theme parks are located here, going north - Wet'n Wild, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure and the brand new "Aquatica". Also the Orange County Convention Centre is 3.5miles away. Going south on the I-Ride is the Premium Outlets (2 stops away) with all its wonderful shops and some nice Restaurants including a Mexican and a Steak House and not forgetting McDonald's - something for everyone.
The Trolly cost $1 to anywhere. You can get a 7 day pass for $9 and travel up and down International Drive as many times as you like. Kids under 12 go free with a paying adult. It runs from 8a.m. to 10.30p.m. Check out their website http:// www.iridetrolley.com
FLORIDAYS RESORT OFFERS A COURTESY BUS TO ALL THE THEME PARKS. You will need to let the concierge know the night before.
If you do Hire a Car, you could take a day trip East to Daytona Speed Way (54 miles) with the kids and do a tour of the race track and then to Daytona beach for a swim. Returning back to Floridays Resort by the coast and stopping off at the Kennedy Space Centre, which the kids will love, doing the tour and buying some souvenier. The round trip is about 120 miles, 1 hour to Daytona and 1 hour back from Kennedy Space Centre.

Go West to the Gulf Coast, Clearwater and St. Petersburg are approx. 2hrs 30 min away but well worth the trip to see the beautiful beaches.

This is a LUXURY, 4 STAR condo and is located on the world famous INTERNATIONAL DRIVE in Orlando. Flights are easily available into both Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is 15 minutes (12 miles /19.5km) drive from Floridays, or Sanford (SAN) which is approx. 40 minutes ( 34 miles) to International Drive. Flights are available from major airports in Britain, London and Manchester with Virgin or British Airways. From IRELAND, Aer Lingus fly DIRECT from Dublin and Cork all year round.
All major car hire are available at MCO. We have found that in high season, pre-booking with Hertz before you go can save time. Eventhough they are not based at the airport they have a courtesy bus to their depot where your car will be ready-to-go. If you would prefer to collect your car at the airport, we would also recomment Almo.

We loved this apartment - very spacious and well decorated and well furnished. Fully equipped kitchen although we didn't cook as there were too many lovely restaurants nearby. Extremely comfortable beds complete with mattress toppers. Lovely bathrooms and my little boys loved the jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite. The apartment was very clean and housekeeping left plenty of towels, etc. Floridays itself is a very well-maintained complex and the staff at the front desk were friendly. The play area in the main pool is wonderful for young children and there is a quieter pool beside this apartment which is mainly used by adults. Floridays is ideally situated for a holiday in Orlando - it's close to the theme parks and great shopping at Premium Outlets which is practically next door. We would be delighted to return to this apartment and highly recommend it. |

My husband, daughter,son-in-law and a friend stayed at Floridays Resort. When we walked into the resort we were greeted warmly by staff. They answered all our questions and once we were settled into our accommodations we were called to see if we were in need of anything or had any questions. We stayed for 8 nights and when it was time to check out we had become so comfortable we did not want to leave. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed us to cook our own meals even though there were plenty of options for dining out. Floridays is located in the heart of everything and anything that their is to do in Orlando. From making the reservations to checking out everything was well executed. We have already recommended this resort to our friends. It truly felt like a home away from home. |

Floridays is listed in Trip Advisor as the number one Hotel in Orlando since the beginning of the year.
Stayed for two weeks in January. Really relaxing. A great time to be there, not so many people - no queues in the shops or parks. Weather was very pleasant, got a tan by the pool. Staff at Floridays were so helpful and most importantly the apartment was spotless.
There was 7 of us in the apartment and plenty of room for everyone. The full kitchen is so handy if you want to cook. The laundry machines were great having two kids with us, it ment not going home with lots of washing.
