Deposits Your reservation will be confirmed with a 25% rental deposit. You will also be asked to complete and sign a rental agreement within 7 days of booking your rental. On receipt of your signed rental agreement you will be forwarded a confirmation number and booking reference. This will secure your dates until your full balance is due.
Our management company at Vista Cay will swipe your credit card on arrival and you will only be charged in the unlikely event of damage or excessive cleaning. This procedure is used instead of us taking a £200 security deposit upfront.
Florida tax of 12.5% will be added to all rentals. All bookings less than 1 week will be subject to a $95 cleaning fee. Check-in time is 4 PM, check-out time is 10 AM. (Late check-outs early check-ins may be available)
