LAUNDRY ROOM There is also a separate laundry area with top loading washing machine and a tumble dryer, Hoover, Iron and Board.
The villa is fully air conditioned, Security Alarmed, Smoke detectors. Fresh linen and towels provided, Villa is cleaned thoroughly before and after each booking, please note Rainbow Villa is a non smoking property, The villa is also not suitable for disabled guests.

The amount will be returned to you 14 days after your departure, subject to a satisfactory housekeeping report. Costs in excess of £200 will be invoiced and payable in full immediately.

If paying a security deposit by check, the amount will be returned to you 14 days after your departure, subject to a satisfactory housekeeping report. Costs in excess of £200.00 will be invoiced and payable in full immediately.
The balance of your rental cost is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Where a booking is made within 30 days of arrival, payment in full must accompany the booking form, including the security deposit. Where payment in full is not received by the proper date, the booking will be deemed cancelled and the cancellation charges apply.
The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation). We do recommend that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance either through their insurance broker or travel agent.
