This home is the second addition by the owners. They began their business with Mickey's Maingate Manor, and now are opening Minnie's Maingate Manor. These homes are the Ultimate in Luxury! They are not the typical vacation rentals. The pictures do not do them justice, they are phenomenal homes.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
This subdivision is the closest vacation home to Walt Disney World. You will be 3 miles away from the entrance to Walt Disney, 5 from Universal and 10 from Sea World. The topography of the land is flat. There is a winery about 20 miles away on Highway 192 headed North. Cape Canaveral is 45 miles away, Many malls are with in miles of the home along with restaurants and grocery stores. The Convention Centre is 15 miles from the home and the airport is about 25 miles from the home.
Orlando / Emerald Island area
The city of Orlando Florida is a very exciting place. There are so many activities to participate in just the Theme Parks alone could keep you busy for weeks. All of the Theme Parks are within 20 miles of the Villa. Walt Disney World alone encompases Magic Kingdon, Epcot, Animal Kingdon, MGM Studios, Numerous Water Parks and Restaurants from fast food to formal dining. Then there is Sea World, Universal Studios and not too far away in Tampa Florida is Busch Gardens. If you would like to take a day trip, you can be on either coast to spend a day on the beach. Or this home is so wonderful, you may want to stay home and relax.

Cleaning Fee: $175.00 For stays less than 7 nights Tax: 13% Pool Heat: $150.00 A Week
Gas Grill: $35.00 Optional Fee for your stay
Mid Stay Clean: $150.00 This is an optional fee at the Guests request to have a cleaning during their stay.
Deposit for the home is $500.00 for the week. This needs to be paid in order to hold the home for your reservation. It will be applied to your balance due.
Security Deposit is $500.00 This is a hold that is put on your credit card, it is not a charge, and Will not be charged unless there is a problem with the home upon Your departure.

There is a 7 night minimum. For requests within 30 days of check in, we will accept a 4 night minimum, if there is a vacancy.
