This 5 bedrooms luxury villa is tastefully furnished and fully air-conditioned. It has own heated pool. Our home is only a 15 minutes to the main gateway for the Walt Disney World complex & only 30 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios & Cypress Gardens.
The villa is situated in a quiet area, overlooking a bush, lake and golf course on Ridgewood Lakes. It´s a luxury Gated Community whit PGA quality golf course. There is a communal pool with BBQ area and 4 tennis courts. There are numerous restaurants to suit all tastes & pockets. Shopping Malls are plentiful. Within 5 minutes drive there are large Supermarkets (Wal-mart, Publix, etc.).
Central Florida has a huge choice of attractions. The sporting facilities are excellent. Golfers are able to enjoy the numerous award winning golf courses in close proximity - Southern Dunes, Champions Gate and Falcons Fire to name but a few.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The villa is situated on the golf course and the club house is approximately a quarter of a mile away. It is an 18 hole championship, par 72 golf course nestled around a multitude of lakes and scenic oaks, complete with driving range and state of the art club house with golf merchandise and deli / snack bar.
Attractions: Our home is only a 15 minute drive to the main gateway for the Walt Disney World complex & only 30 minutes to Sea World, Discovery Cove (Swim with Dolphins), Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Cypress Gardens & Wet & Wild. The coast is approximately an hour in each direction, with Kennedy space centre & Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast & on the Gulf Coast is St Petersburg & Busch Gardens in Tampa.
At St Petersbourg you can also go Dolphin watching. Central Florida has a huge choice of attractions, besides the main ones identified above. there are many novelty and adventure mini golf areas, many smaller water parks, zoos, air boat tours, etc.

Our home is only a 30 minute drive to the main gateway for the Walt Disney World complex & only 30 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios & Cypress Gardens.
The coast is approximately an hour in each direction. Orlando International Airport is approx 30 minutes drive with Sanford airport about 1 hour away. Central Florida has a huge choice of attractions.

Our Villa is furnished to a very high standard, it has a private screened heated pool. It has a large deck area with sun loungers, chairs and a table for outside dining Al Fresco. The terrace offers shade to those who need it. The pool heating is available during colder months at an additional cost.
There is a main lounge, TV/Play room with large and brand new sofas. Over 100 TV channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, There are 2 dining areas. There is a laundry room which leads to a double garage with electric door. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed & en-suite bathroom.
Conditions
Prices quoted are based on a 1 week/ 7 day stay. Shorter stays are available but incur a cleaning supplement of £ 55.00. Long term rental are available-price on application.
10 % discounts are available for stays over 2 weeks. Payment can be made in British pound, Euros or US dollars.
A security deposit of £ 200.00 is required (or € 300 or $ 450.00) (which is returnable after the property has been inspected on departure).
The option of pool heating is available at a rate of £10.00 per day and advisable during the period November - March.
