Orange Tree is within 3 minutes drive to the numerous local restaurants which include Chillies, Gators Dockside and a Indian Bar and Grill plus the number 5 attraction of Florida Super Walmart.
The Pool and Spa is equipped with a gas heater which heats the pool/spa a lot quicker and hotter than a Electric Heater which is especially good for the Winter Period. There is a games room that include an Air Hockey and Pool Table along with a play station so the kids will always be entertained.
The home has a fast speed wireless internet modem for those who want to stay in touch via the internet (just bring your laptop).

Clermont is known as a affluent western suburb of Orlando in Lake County, Florida and Downtown Clermont still remains the same as it was 50 years ago.

Clermont is a right turn from Highway 192 on to Highway 27 Left onto 27 from 192 is Davenport. Both areas have become very popular for overseas holiday makers who prefer the home comforts of the numerous short term rental homes in the area. Clermont does have a national Park area near Lake Louisa.

The Florida Citrus Tower, is one of the first constructed Florida landmarks, The tower is in Clermont celebrated its 50th anniversary in December of 2006.
