Luxurious 5 Bedroom Villa, close to Disney.
The villa has it's own large pool with spa/jacuzzi (can be heated as an option). Air conditioning is throughout, there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, telephone and Cable TV.
Each bedroom has it's own TV and 3 bedrooms benefit from en suite facilities.
The villa now has a game room with an 8 foot billiard table and a 7 foot air hockey table.
The community of Orange tree and and our guests are able to enjoy a number of additional facilities including a football field, tennis court, basketball court and play area for children which makes it ideal for families with children.

While everybody knows the big-name theme parks - they've spawned smaller versions in most of our home countries - the real treasures of Orlando's psyche are the sidekicks: Holy Land is peddling God; Gatorland bills itself as the 'alligator capital of the world'; and Skull Kingdom is endearingly low-tech.
Orlando's temperate climate - and the lure of the Mouse - make it a year-round destination.
Orlando / Orange Tree area
This is a golfing area with over 200 golf courses.
There is Lake Louisa State Park just 6 miles north of Orange Tree for a quiet day of the natural Florida.
Located only a few miles from Disney, an hours drive to Kennedy Space Centre, and an hours drive to beaches on the east and west coast.
To the north about 2 hours are the best natural springs for diving, swimming or a leisurely float down the river coming from the springs.
Orlando is not just about the theme parks but also has something for everyone.

The villa is located just off Highway 27 and only 2.5 miles north of the famous Highway 192.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom has a wonderful Queen sized bed and the biggest en suite bathroom in the Vila, which has separate bath and walk in shower and also a walk in wardrobe. The villa is ideal for families with children as it has 3 bedrooms with twin beds. The remaining bedroom has a King sized bed and is very spacious. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and three of the bedrooms have en suite facilities with the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge areas that will accommodate a further two people at a push.
There are 2 spacious lounge areas with a three seat sofa and and a 2 seat sofa in each, therefore there is sufficient lounge seating for 10 people. In the dining area 6 people are able to be seated with further dining seating in the kitchen area for 4 people.
A telephone is provided in the house and all calls within Florida are free to our guests, no calls can be made outside of the Florida area from the in house telephone.
Further details outdoors: Around the pool we have 3 loungers and 2 chairs that recline with foot stools and table and chairs that can seat 4. Inside the pool is a spa / jacuzzi and also a wet bench should you wish to sit in the pool.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. If pool heat is required it will be charged at $175 per week.
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental price will be required immediately to secure your booking, the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival, and in addition, a breakages/damages bond of £250 will be required upon payment of the balance which will be fully refunded to you after your departure providing no damage has been caused.
