Home description
Orange View Villa has it's own heated swimming pool, you don't even have to leave the villa to have a great time. The pool has steps into the shallow end for the younger kids and can even be fenced off to prevent them wandering by the pool unsupervised.
There are 5 bedrooms, the two master bedrooms are ensuite, and we even have two lounge's so the kids can watch TV or play on the PS2 and leave the adults to watch what they want.
It's great value for a large family or even for two families.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida has the ideal climate of all year round sunshine. A little cooler in the winter, more like the English summers, without the rain.
Although Florida is more famous for it's theme parks, it also has plenty of other surprises. The wildlife is well worth seeking out, from aligators to manatees in their own habitat. Hunting and fishing are popular pastimes for the locals.
There are also many beaches around an hours drive away.
Orlando / Sunset Ridge area
You could spend all your holiday visiting Disney World and still not see all of it. But then there is Universal, SeaWorld. Discovery Cove Wet and Wild, Gator World, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, and thats just the parks
Fishing -- The villa is in Polk county which boasts 554 lakes, of which 80 allow public access. A publication that provides directions to Polk County lakes with public access can be obtained by contacting Polk County Water Resources at (941) 534-7368.
For Golfers there is plenty of choice local to the villa. Highlands Reserve, and Deer Creek courses both on Hyw27 a few minutes away. If you want more of a challenge 10 minutes drive will get you to the renowned Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman.
There are dozens of restaurants less than 10 minutes drive of the villa, you can even eat at the English Pub which is within walking distance.
There are plenty of shopping malls in the area, with a new one opening soon less than half a mile away.

Further details indoors: Our 5 bed villa has 2 master bedrooms both ensuite and with cable TVs. The Third bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each.. Ideal for two or three families to share the cost. There is a large family room with cable TV, and a smaller lounge also with cable TV where the kids can watch there own programs or play computer games.
Air con throughout, heated pool, double garage. Two master bedrooms ensuite and with cable TV. Third bedroom with double bed and TV. Fourth bedroom has two single beds. The fifth bedroom has a day bed (two singles). All beds with comfortable quality mattress's. The family room has cable TV, VHS, and DVD player. The lounge has cable TV and a PS2. It also has a bed/settee to allow for an extra two people. Kitchen has a full range, fridge/freezer, Microwave,etc. There is a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. High chair, Cot, and Stroller available free.
Further details outdoors: The screened pool can be heated in the winter if needed (extra charge),it has a lovely view of the orange groves.

The villa is no smoking throughout. Pets are not allowed. A deposit of £100 for each week booked is required to confirm, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £200 will be required.
