The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The topography of the land is flat. There is a winery about 20 miles away on Highway 192 headed North. Walt Disney World is 3 miles from the home. Sea World is 14 miles from the home. Universal Studios is 10 miles away, Cape Canaveral is 45 miles away, Many malls are with in miles of the home along with restaurants and grocery stores. The Convention Centre is 15 miles from the home and the airport is about 25 miles from the home.
Orlando / Emerald Island area
The city of Orlando Florida is a very exciting place. There are so many activities to participate in just the Theme Parks alone could keep you busy for weeks. All of the Theme Parks are within 20 miles of the Villa. Walt Disney World alone encompases Magic Kingdon, Epcot, Animal Kingdon, MGM Studios, Numerous Water Parks and Restaurants from fast food to formal dining. Then there is Sea World, Universal Studios and not too far away in Tampa Florida is Busch Gardens. If you would like to take a day trip, you can be on either coast to spend a day on the beach. Or this home is so wonderful, you may want to stay home and relax.

It is located in the Emerald Island development which is a Gated Community, and located 3 miles from Disney. The home is on a large lot which is on a private lake with a beautiful conservation view across the back of the home for private sunning and swimming. The pool is Southern Facing, oversized, with a heated Whirlpool and pool all located in a screened patio, with comfortable furniture. The pool has fiberoptic lighting so it lights up like a christmas tree for those evening swims. With this peaceful and relaxing view it is hard to believe there is so much Disney activity 5 minutes away

Harry Potter's Closet is for your younger guests to have a play room it includes Hedwig and games.
Great room is centrally located to the kitchen, has a 3 sofa conversation pit and can be used as an alternate movie location with a 53" TV Surround Sound Home Theater.
Kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel like a gourmet chef.

Home Amenities The home is equipped with childcare items such as 3 Baby Gates for all of the stairs, a Baby Monitor, 4 Bed Rails, a Booster Seat, 2 Eddie Bauer Strollers, 2 Portable Playpens and Safety Covers on all the electric sockets. There are 2 doors which lead to the pool and patio, these doors have child alarms on them so you know if someone goes out to the pool area. The pool also has a child safety fence for extra protection. All linens, towels and pool towels are supplied. All beds in the home are Sealy Posture Pedic Shavano Ultra Plush Pillow Top. Initial toiletries will be in the home on your arrival. Once those items have been used, it is up to the guest to replenish necessary items such as toilet paper and soap. Bed Breakdown: There are 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 5 Twin Beds and 1 Trundle for a total of 11 beds in the home.
Dining Room Seating There are 2 seating areas for dining. There is a formal Dining Room which seats 8 people. There is a table in the Breakfast Nook which seats 12 people and stools at the kitchen counter which seats 3 more people for a total of 15 places in the nook.
Bed Breakdown: 4 King Beds 1 Queen Bed 5 Twin Beds one of those has a Trundle for a total of 11 Beds in the Villa.
Conditions
This is a Luxury Vacation home perfect for large families. It is close to Disney, yet has plenty of activities if you just want to stay in and relax watch a movie or sunbathe by the heated pool on your private lanai. There are plenty of comfortable chairs out by the pool to sit or lay in the sun. With the Southern Exposure, you have sunshine from Dawn to Dusk. There are many restaurants and grocery stores within a mile of the home for your convenience.
