The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
The people are friendly and welcoming. The sunshine is warm and bright. There are a wide choice of activities, watch a rocket take off, shake hands with a giant mouse, get splashed by a killer whale, swim with a dolphin, the list is endless. And if you like your food, well, it doesnt get much better than here. Florida offers so much to do and yet there are also plenty of places to sit back and relax. Something for everyone.

OUT & ABOUT Westbury is a small quiet community, nestled amongst orange groves, just minutes from the I4, which provides a fast and simple route to the theme parks and the abundance of shops and restaurants of Kissimmee and the 192.
If you don’t want to go far, just minutes from the villa are a small selection of local shops and restaurants.
A great location, close enough to the fun, far enough for the peace and quiet.
Westbury is also a great location for golf. There are many golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
Cocoa Beach is a little over 1 hour drive away and the gulf coast is just a little further.

From orlando international airport take the beeline express way (528) towards I4. join I4 west at exit. Leave the I4 at junction 55 onto highway 27 south (sign posted to Haines City) After 1.5 miles turn right (opposite the Red Carpet Inn) into Minute Maid ramp 2. The Westbury Estate is the second turning on the right (Highpoint Drive)

This is a wonderful home, tastefully furnished to the highest standard. Ideally positioned on the small exclusive community of Westbury, we can offer you a peaceful and friendly place to stay just 12 minutes to Disney's gate.
TheLOUNGE in this superb villa has impressive vaulted ceilings, upgraded furnishings and window dressings and a great view of the pool from the full length Patio doors. With subtle lighting and deep comfy sofas this is a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The lounge also has Cable television, DVD player and stereo for your enjoyment. A selection of DVD’s and cd’s are provided for your entertainment.
The ELEGANT DINING table is set for 6 but can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The large dressed window and open plan design make this a great place for everyone to enjoy a special meal.
The modern fitted KITCHEN at Westbury Palm Villa is fully equipped with microwave, self cleaning oven, large American fridge, toaster, coffee maker and much much more. The breakfast nook extends into the bay window and offers a wonderful sunny spot in the mornings. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. You will find all you need whether you want to prepare a four coarse meal or a lunchtime snack. You don’t even have to do the washing up. Put the plates in the dishwasher.
Westbury Palm Villa has a full GAMES ROOM. Carpeted through out and air conditioned for your comfort. Here you will find a pool table, foosball, air hockey and electronic darts.
You will love the MASTER BEDROOM. Tastefully furnished, spacious and relaxing. There is a Queen Size bed and Cable television / DVD player. This room also enjoys the en suite bathroom which has a large tiled walk in shower and a separate oversized bath tub. Perfect for a good soak after a day out at the parks. The large vanity mirror is well lit. Hairdryer and towels are provided for your complimentary use.
There is a door from the en suite which leads directly to the pool and spa area.
There are TWO TWIN BEDROOMS which share a second bathroom, fully equipped with hair dryer and towels. Both bedrooms have cable television.
THE DEN is fully furnished with a DOUBLE BED and enjoys views of the pool. This room has cable television, video and playstation II and makes a perfect 4TH BEDROOM.
Westbury Palm Villa can comfortably sleep eight people in privacy without the need for anyone to sleep in the lounge.

If you have young children there is a safety fence which can be quickly and easily erected around the pool The pool can be heated during the winter months. ** Your villa is fantastic. We wish we had more time to spend there.
** Every thing we needed we had. The kids loved the games room. And we loved the hot tub. Every one was happy. We had a fantastic time.
** We enjoyed our stay enormously at Westbury Palm Villa – the house was equipped with absolutely everything one would need, the décor and furnishings were excellent and the house spotlessly clean (which seems to be a rarity when renting), You can be assured that if we go back to this area at all we will certainly be back in touch with you and I will definitely recommend Westbury Palm Villa to friends and family.
**Just a quick note of thanks for returning the deposit and to say how impressed we were with the villa and that it exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic holiday and didn’t want to come home.
**We all had a fantastic time, for me it was like visiting for the first time even though my wife and I traveled all round Florida for a month in 2004. The villa is situated right by the Interstate 4, yet secluded enough not to hear any traffic. The restaurants and supermarkets are all there on your lap with plenty of choice, so much so that we never had time to make it to Haines City. All in all it was great, thanks very much from all of us.
** We found the facilities in the villa superb. The safety arrangement around the pool was particularly well thought out and very useful with a 4 year old and an 18 month old to keep an eye on.The men loved 'hiding' in the games room for a game of pool when the opportunity arose so found that a bonus that we haven't had previously. Also the privilege of being able to phone home a couple of times during our stay was especially appreciated as my youngest daughter is in the early stages of pregnancy. All in all it was a wonderful three weeks and now back to reality
** We had a wonderful vacation and your home is beautiful! It had everything we needed and we were quite comfortable. Your management team took good care of us with the pool and hot tub which we were thrilled to have. I will be sure to recommend your home to any friends traveling to Florida and if we ever have the chance to go back I would be sure to contact you.
