About the home

The villa features a stunning pool and spa heated from solar panels with ample deck area including furniture. The pool is protected by a child safety fence. The pool can be accessed from the family room, master bedroom and the pool bathroom. The pool can be viewed from all main living areas, ideal for keeping a safe eye on the kids.

A fully fitted games room including an 8ft slate bed pool table, electronic dart board and foosball table.

Only 8 mins from Disney's main gates and close to shops and restaurants including a 24-hour Wal-Mart. Our vacation home is 7 minutes away from the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park.

The Orlando / Orange Tree area

If you love shopping then Orlando has a lot to offer you. Check out one of the nine area malls, three sprawling outlet centres or dozens of boutiques and specialty stores.

There are also lots of ways to enjoy Florida's fresh air and sunshine. Try horseback riding, hang gliding, hot air ballooning, tennis, waterskiing, wakeboarding or tubing. Or, take a leisurely boat or walking tour, or a picnic in one of many beautiful botanical gardens or area parks.

There are 20 golf courses within twenty minutes drive of Orange Tree including five championship courses in the Disney Resort area alone. Highlands Reserve Golf Club is less then 10 minutes away and boasts over 120 feet of elevation changes, making it one of the few hilly courses around. Most of the courses are open to the public, requiring no membership, only the payment of green fees.
