About the home

Delightful and spacious 5 bed, 3 bath home in the relaxing Westridge community, large private pool with lake and conservation views.This home also has the benefit of a games room containing pool tableand free WIFI. Large flat screen tv in lounge.We have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each.

The master bedroom has a four poster bed. The home offers a large family room with patio doors leading to the swimming pool and lanai. There are formal and informal dining areas, a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer, filtered water and ice maker,separate utility room with a washer and dryer, cable TV, and DVD. The lounge has a large wall mounted flat screen TV.

The main TV has extensive cable channels including movie and sport channels.

The villa offers free telephone calls throughout USA and Canada (notjust local) for guests from the UK we recommend that they registerwith Skype prior to their travel and bring a laptop. This enables them to call the UK via the computer free of charge.


The home backs onto a lake with 15 miles of woodland and conservation area beyond. From the villa you can enjoy views of Florida wild life including amazing birds, deer, and alligators! This is the perfect setting for relaxed Florida living and is just 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and close to all the other excitement that has made Central Florida the world's number one tourist attraction.

There are very few homes that have the facilities that this home offers. The resort has communal tennis, volley ball, basket ball and a children’s play area.

Please note that the owner of this villa is also a UK travel agent with a financial protection bond registered ABTA J0084. This offers peace of mind to those wishing to book.

Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The garage has been changed into a room for the pool table and an owners lock up. The home backs onto a lake and conservation area. Bring your binoculars to view Florida'This is a quiet are right at the very back of the estate and is not overlooked from the rear. s amazing wild life.

The pool is heated as an optional extra. The cost is £100 per week or $175 per week. We can only accept pool heat for the duration of the stay. Please be aware that as the pool is outside during inclement weather ithemay not get the pool as hot as guests would like. This is the same for all outside pools with electric pool heaters. No complaint will be considered if it is due to weather conditions.

Conditions
