About the home

Spencers villas is located in the gated community of The Manors North at Westridge and only 15 minutes from Orlando's major attractions. It is furnished and decorated to a high standard, fully air-conditioned with a full size slate bed Pool Table, Games room with Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Darts board. High speed wireless internet connection is also provided. The Patio, Pool and Jacuzzi are screened and surrouned by a privacy fence. The villa is perfectly located for all your holiday needs with several golf courses and the local shopping complex only minutes away.

At the heart of the villa is the family room and kitchen both well equipped for all you vacation needs with leather sofas and a coffee table, 32” cable TV, VCR, Playstation, games, books, CD/Radio player, dining table and chairs, large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery and other essential kitchen utensils.

The living room houses the formal dining table, more sofas and coffee tables, the pull out sofa bed and a full size slate bed Pool table. Other games such as a Table Tennis, Air hockey and Darts board are house in the garage.

The master bedroom is spacious and tastefully furnished with a king size bed, private en-suite bathroom with corner bath, separate toilet, large separate shower and walk-in closet

This double bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in closet, spare linen and private en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, basin and hair dryer.

The Disney themed bedroom has a bunk bed, which can be converted from a sofa into a double bed on the lower level. The fourth bedroom contains two single beds and a closet.

Spare linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and hairdryers are provided.

The telephone allows incoming, 911 and free National and local calls. For International calls a phone card must be purchased from one of the local stores

Other facilities include Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. For young children there is a Cot and Stroller.

The family room overlooks the patio, pool and Jacuzzi. It boasts a large screened pool and jacuzzi at the rear with comfortable patio furniture and the added bonus of a South/West facing patio which allows you to enjoy the sun all day until it sets in the evening and then the floodlighting at night will allow you to continue to relax around the pool until late.
Pool toys are provided for the kids and a heated Jacuzzi, which can accommodate 6 people. A gas BBQ is also provided for your use.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida is the sunshine state of America! It enjoys almost 300 days of sunshine each year. In the summer (June to September) the temperatures can reach the 90’s. In winter (November to February) the temperature is rarely below 50 degrees

There are too many attractions in Florida to mention and they cater for every age.
Everything from theme parks, golf courses, beaches, swimming with dolphins, balloon rides, shows, shopping and of course dining out.

The Orlando / Westridge area

Orlandos major attractions are only 15 minutes away such as Disney, MGM, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Gatorland, International Drive and many more!

If you like cars or motor bikes then go down to the Cruise night in Old Town. Every Saturday night classic and customised cars are parked up for you to view and the cruise starts about 8.15pm. The bikes are thursday nights at the same time.

First off, can't thank you enough, we had a amazing vacation. The weather also cooperated, it was close to 80 degrees F daily, never really even raining once.
I have to tell you, the pictures you have of your villa don't nearly do it justice; it's absolutely beautiful, bigger and more spacious than I had pictured it! I think you really should update those pictures, get better shots, or do some kind of short video, panning through it in a 360 degree fashion to see it.
If ever you have clients interested in booking and are not sure and want a reference of someone who stayed there, I'd be happy to give them one.
