About the home

Close to Disney (15 mins to main gate) and other Orlando attractions. Over 30 golf courses within 1 hours drive and Lake Louisa State Park less than 10 minutes drive. The villa is recently refurbished and has new porcelain tile in all main areas and bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen and game room with high quality pool table. All linen and towels are provided. It has full laundry facilities including iron and ironing board. A Travel Cot, highchair and stroller/buggy are provided.
The sub division was built on the site of an old Orange Grove and many trees have been retained, so when oranges are in season, you can make your own juice for breakfast.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

The climate is wonderful - need I say more? Don't forget the sun block and enjoy the spectacular lightening storms during summer .
There's so much to do in the Orlando area that it is certainly never boring. There is plenty to do even if theme parks aren't for you. Bok Tower and gardens make for a fascinating day out, take a picnic to make the most of the gardens. Lake Louisa State Park is great for birdwatching, rambling or just having a picnic.

The Orlando / Orange Tree area

Named after Clermont-Ferrand, France, the birthplace of an early settler, Clermont is often called the Gem of the Hills. Clermont was, until the 1980s, virtually all Orange Groves, but several hard frosts killed off many of the plantations and the city began to expand. The old town is well worth a visit and whilst you are up that way take a look at Citrus Tower, built in 1956, it offers a great 360 degree view for miles around.

The Sunday edition of the Orlando Sentinel can often provide you with new ideas for activities and days out.

Situated on Highway 27, the I4 is 10 minutes away.
Orlando international airport is 35 mins drive
Orlando Sandford (good for budget airlines) is about an hour and a half drive
Tampa Airport is 1 1/2 hours drive. Miami International Airport is 4 hours drive- the flights to Miami from Europe are often cheaper than those to Orlando. The car hire can also be cheaper.
All major car hire companies operate from all 3 airports (car hire is essential)

“Fabulous holiday home!” Beautiful villa in a great location, close to shops and easy access to all Florida's theme parks yet the home is set in a quiet and private area which made our holiday relaxing and peaceful. The villa is very well looked after and in excellent condition. Although the photos are lovely, they do not do the villa justice as it is even bigger and better than it seems, with a large open plan living space and a great size pool/ hot tub! We had six adults staying in the villa and there was plenty of room for us all to enjoy the lovely amenities the home has to offer however it would also be suitable for families with children as there is plenty to do. The owner (Jane) was very helpful when planning our holiday as this was our first time in the USA and all information she provided was great! Fantastic holiday, we would definitely re-visit!

“Amazing pool with sun all day!” We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub were amazing with nice views. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and 20 minutes to Disney! I would highly recommend this house to those that want to have a fun and relaxing vacation. “Very friendly and accommodating” The Villa was in exceptional condition and is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Jane, the owner, was extremely helpful as we booked this villa on short notice. We have young children (10 and 12 years) and they loved the pool area. It's too bad that the pool heater was not working so the water was a bit cold for them to swim very long. The rec room was also a hit with the kids. We were busy running to Disney and the other parks, so ended up wishing we had spent more time in the villa when it was time to leave. The management company also had good service on short notice. The Management Co did forget to email the directions initially, but everything worked out fine after I called them from the airport. Response: Unfortunately the pool heater was not working when the booking was made as we were waiting for parts. We have since installed a brand new heater and the water is lovely and warm again. I'm glad the family had such a great vacation and enjoyed their stay in our Florida home.
