The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Florida it the number one tourist destination in the world for many reasons! It offers favourable temperatures all year round! Even during the winter months you can usually wear shorts and t-shirts. Hurricane season is usually throughout September and October, but these rarely cause problems in Orlando, because of its 'inland' location. Orlando is the home of the best theme parks anywhere! Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are all within 20 minutes drive! Championship standard golf courses are everywhere in Florida, Champions Gate, Reunion and Highlands Reserve golf courses are all within 15 minutes drive. St Petersburg is a 45 mintue drive and offers fabulous beaches and beautiful views away from the busy theme parks. And let us not forget shopping! Outlet malls are everywhere offering designer clothes at bargain prices!
Orlando / Sunset Ridge area
Sunset Ridge is a private gated community off US27. It is ideally located for all major attractions, but also has Publix (5mins drive) and Walmart (10 mins drive) easily accessible. There are a huge number of restaurants and eateries to choose from locally and there is the Prince of Wales Pub (British owned) within a 5 mintue walk where you can grab a cool beer and catch up with the football results!
How to get there
Flights are available from Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham - into Orlando International or Sandford Airport. The villa is situated approx 30 miles (30 minutes) from Orlando International or approx 50 miles (1hr) from Sandford Airport. Direct flights are available and the best option, particularly if travelling with young children. Although, you may find some cheaper deals if you are prepared for the inconvenience of changing flights. Try Travel City Direct for cheap flights from Manchester to Sandford.

Further details indoors: The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms with 3 large bathrooms (2 ensuite). All bedrooms are decorated beautifully offering sunstantial wardrobe space and equipped with their own television. 2 bedrooms are king size bed a third has double bed and 2 twin rooms, one is ideally designed for children with eye catching and colourful decor.
The villa throughout is finished to a high standard, with a spacious living area equipped with TV, DVD CD player and PS2. A second 'den / study' area offering a peaceful haven for parents! This can double as a 6th bedroom with a comfortable queen sofa bed.
The kitchen area is equipped with everything you will need on your holiday and boasts an informal breakfast bar area and a formal dining table comfortably seating 6 people. Utlility room offers a washer and dryer ensuring you don't return home with excess washing to do!
Further details outdoors: The private, south facing outdoor pool and spa jacuzzi is the ideal place to relax after a hectic day on the parks or golf courses! A gas bbq is provided, ideal for al fresco dining, whilst watching the sunset over the orange groves.
The villa boasts a large garage offering secure parking and extra play space for the children!
