“We called our holiday here " awesome" !”
Excellent attention to detail and beautiful and well equipped property ! Spotless on arrival and everything we could have needed was in the cupboards !! Cindy who rents it was very diligent and more than helpful to any of our questions prior to going to their pad - I would have NO qualms about recommending this to anyone ! The property was home from home - the kids were totally made up ! Easy access to I 4 - main drag to all Disney parks - and to the furthest park ( Seaworld ) it only took about 25 minutes ! Perfect holiday!
This home was absolutely beautiful, and the photos don't do it justice. We were incredibly happy with everything during our stay. I have never rented a home with so many bath & beach towels, as well as dish soap, laundry soap, paper plates, etc. there for us. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, and hope to return here again next year. Cindy was incredible, and very helpful and prompt. Outstanding Vacation Home and Owners!!!

“Amazing!”
We were very fortunate to book this lovely villa, this was our first visit to Florida and we have to say we cannot wait to go back. The villa is well located, has amazing views, privacy, spotlessly clean and has all you could ask for for a wonderful stay. We have stayed in many villas in Europe which have cost 3 times the rental cost of Cindy & Kevin's villa and I have to say this was the best yet. Cindy was so helpful before our visit giving us great tips and advise to help make our holiday special. The pool is lovely, the beds so comfy and the abundance of good quality towels and linens was much apreciated. I cannot think of a single thing that is not provided! We could not recommend this villa enough, thank you Cindy & Kevin for everything, we truly cannot wait to return!

“Lovely Lovely Villa”
This is a lovely Villa, Like a home away from home, Cindy was great right from booking the villa all the way through to her call once we had arrived home, nothing is too much trouble for her, and that feeling sticks with you when you arrive at the villa, you will want for nothing, Cindy will even take a shopping list from you and arrange to have the fridge stocked for your arrival, absolutely nothing has been overlooked.
The Property itself is immaculately presented with high quality furniture, the pool area is a sun trap and faces out onto open fields and isn't overlooked, We spent many an hour in and around the pool.
Walmart is just a 6-7 minute drive away, and the local applebees is less than 5 minutes away and has amazing deals on food and drinks and all our meals there were delicious.
Disney is maybe 25 minutes away thats from the walking out the door to being in the parks or on the monorail in magic kingdom's instance (not 25 minutes drive)
Seaworld 30 Minutes from the Door to being in the Line for your first ride on Manta and Universal 35 minutes from the door to being in the parks. (must stress again thats not driving time it includes parking and getting from your car to the park entrance.)
We Visited Clearwater beach twice and its around 70 minutes by car and a very simple trip to make and well worth it, the beach is lovely.
We hada great holiday in a glorious home from home, Cindy will do all she can to ensure you have a brilliant holiday, and even rung us a couple of times whilst we were in the villa to make sure everything was going ok for us( She even arranged a Birthday Card and Cake to be delivered for my Mum.)
I can't speak highly enough of Cindy and Kevin's Dream Home, I just hope that their will be space/availability for us next time we visit Florida.

“A great villa, fabulous owner and relaxing holiday- we will be back!”
After deciding on venturing to Orlando after a few days in New York we searched the web for a suitable villa to stay in. There were so many! As always though we like to read reviews first and Cindy and Kevin's Villa had really good reviews and offered everything that we were looking for. Before travelling to the states Cindy took the time to call several times and went to the trouble to find out the answer to some questions we had. Already before we had got there the experience was positive, much better than you'd get with a villa booked through travel agents. Upon arrival the Villa was even better than we had imagined, very clean, a beautiful fresh smell in every room. The Villa literally has everything you need during your stay. We spent early mornings and late evenings relaxing in the pool which isn't overlooked and again really clean. We have already recommended Cindy and Kevin's villa to several friends and when we are back in Florida we will defiantly be staying here again.

“A beautiful home in a wonderful location”
Cindy and Kevin made sure we had everything we needed, the house is impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean and has towels that wouldn't look out of place in the most upmarket of hotels. The welcome was warm and wonderful and the pool clear and cool! The location of the villa is great, quiet and peaceful, just far enough away to feel that you've become part of a real Floridian community and peacefulness of the location is just what you need after a day at the parks. In the fields beyond the pool at the back of the house, you can see cows grazing throughout the day as hot air balloons pass overhead. As the mist rises in the morning-you may be lucky to see some deer crossing the field or like us spot a few eagles and red cardinals. Is there anything more you could ask of from this home-we don't think so, this Florida home has it all, from the walk in wardrobes in the master bedroom to the kitchen facilities which include the well cared for 'all American' cooker to the baby belling for a quick snack! There is just nothing that you could possibly want from this home that Cindy and Kevin haven't thought of providing to you-right down to a needle and cotton! Did we like it-no, we feel in love with it, will we return, most definitely and have already made our booking for 2014! Thank you Cindy and Kevin for being wonderful hosts and giving us such a wonderful place to stay.

“Some dreams do come true!”
Most of the time you are promised a lot but get a few, not here: from the first contact with the owner you get the feeling that you're going to be pampered and it doesn't stop!!!! The house is a gem !!!! (and believe me : we're quite spoiled) , really everything you can possibly imagine is there! The area is so quiet you hardly want to leave the poolside and if you do everything is an eyeblink away. This is THE perfect combination of a luxurious house in the perfect setting on a short distance of all the fun of the world! I can honestly say: we have travelled a lot, seen a lot, been in lots of places, had lots and lots of promises but NOWHERE we felt as we felt ourselves here: spot on!!! In fact we (all of those) who discovered this gem should just shut up and keep it to ourselves but then again: isn't it a kind of magic to, when you can share a dream?????

“Fabulous”
What a wonderful vacation home. Pool was great, home was remarkable. Anything we needed, it was there!!!!!
We've just returned from Cindy and Kevin's villa in Orlando and as soon as we walked in the front door we knew we had made a great choice. The villa is spotlessly clean and had fantastic views as well as being blissfully quiet. Travelling with a 6 month old we were worried we would have to go and get things for the baby but Cindy has a travel cot, highchair and a baby monitor as well as countless toys and inflatables for the pool. Huge amounts of space and a really lovely pool meant that we were able to relax from day 1. Perfect location 1/2hr from parks and loads of restaurants nearby. We're already trying to work out when to go back!

“The perfect holiday in the perfect villa - didn't want it to end!”
When we arrived at the villa we were well prepared for what to expect. Cindy takes a lot of pride in the service she offers and in the villa and we had high expectations for what the villa was going to be like. As soon as we pulled up the villa had the WOW factor and when we entered we were surprised by how spacious the villa was. The villa is very well looked after and spotless and in every cupboard you can find an abundance of towels and the little extras you might need on a holiday even down to candles for a birthday cake! The pool area was by far our favourite area and we spent hours in the pool each day basking in the sunshine. We even bought an extra rubber ring to go with the supply of pool toys found in the garage. This holiday really was amazing and we were genuinely sad to be going home so much so that whilst we were there we got in touch with Cindy and booked in for next year! Can't wait to go back. We can not thank Cindy and Kevin enough for letting us stay in their lovely villa and for all the advice they gave us.

“A truly amazing villa that you will want to return to.”
This is our seventh visit to Florida and we have never stayed in the same villa twice but have already booked to stay in this villa again next year. The estate that this villa is on is very quiet, feels secure and has play areas if you have young children. Local amenities are all close to the villa and parks are a short drive away. The owner Cindy goes very much out of her way before, during and after your holiday to ensure that you have everything that you need to have a wonderfull holiday. The best part was the villa and the AMAZING view onto the conservation area. The pool area had the sun all day long. There is nothing we can say wrong about this villa, the part we liked least was that we had to go home.
Stunning and beautifully presented home! we can't believe how lucky we were to find this gem. location perfect for parks. Great pool to relax in after busy days. The pool is not overlooked and there are beautiful views onto nature reservation. The owners of this home Cindy and Kevin go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. This was our first visit to Orlando and Cindy was so helpful and gave us invaluable advice to ensure our holiday went smoothly. She even sent a birthday cake for our daughter ! We are already thinking about when we can go back and no other villa will do. I would highly recommend this home.
