About the home

Welcome to our new executive villa with large screen cable TV, DVD/CD player, PS2 with selection of DVDs, CDs and games with cable TV in all bedrooms. Free calls to the UK and internet connection. Management Agency a few minutes away . Fully equipped games room with foosball table, electronic basketball game and pool table. Selection of board games and books for those quieter moments and also for the more energetic there are tennis racquets, basketball and football for use on Orange Tree's community courts and football pitch.

For the comfort of our guests this is a non-smoking property (smoking is permitted around the pool and deck). Orange Tree is ideally suited for all your holiday needs, whether to visit the parks, Disney is only 10 minutes away via the new entrance or a game of golf, there are numerous golf course within a 10 mile radius.

Super-Walmart - located within a 3 minute drive of our villa on highway 27 - this store offers everthing you could need from groceries to clothing etc and is open 24 hours a day.

Restaurants & Shopping; There are many restaurants and shops along the 192 which is a 5 minute drive away.

Private pool area not overlooked via back or sides.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region

Florida has year round excellent weather conditions for both summer and winter sun holidays. Summer temperatures range from 23 - 30+ degrees, but there are often the usual daily short sharp showers to freshen everything up and cool you down.

Central Florida has many attractions, Walt Disney World (Epcot, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom also within Disney there are lots of other things to see and do, mini golf, the Market Place and Down Town Disney, all have shops and restaurants). Sea World and their new Water Park, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

If it is the golf you want Orange Tree is ideally located as there are approximately 8 golf courses with an 8 minute drive from the villa, including the Championship Courses of Champions Gate Golf Resort, Celebration Golf Club, Legends Golf and Country Club and Kings Riddge to name a few. We can provide more information on all courses if required including public courses and greens fees etc.

Orlando with its sub tropical climate is ideally situated for visits to Kennedy Space Centre, airboat rides and Busche Gardens and Clearwater Beach near Tampa

The Orlando / Orange Tree area

Orange Tree is a development of luxury homes and is just over 2 miles north of US192 on highway 27. It provides a perfect base for guests looking for an executive rental home in a peaceful setting yet within a short drive fo the Disney theme parks. It is surrounded by orange citrus groves.

Lake Minneola where you will find fishing, boat hire and cycle hire as well as an excellent Tiki Bar is a short drive away. Mount Dora has it quaint antique shops and brilliant wild life, try a boat trip up the Dora Canal. Lake Ridge has a winery for free wine tastings and Lake Lousia State Park is right on the doorstep for swimming, boating, nature walks, picnics etc. It has 13 lakes connected by the Palatlakaha River and the parks more accessible lakes provide acces to fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Anglers can fish in four of the parks six lakes.

Flights from the U.K. available from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol, flying into Orlando International and Sanford Airports.
Car hire is essential and there are a number of companies at the airport for convenient car pick-up/drop off.
Sandford Airport is a smaller airport north of Orlando, but it is easy to get in and out of. The drive to Orlando and our villa is very easy and the roads are not very busy, giving you time to adjust to driving in Florida.
