Bubble in the Jacuzzi unwinding after a hectic day at Disney ... cool off in our south-facing pool ... sun on the pool all day! ...relax on the patio under the lanai's shade ... enjoy a BBQ in the evening sun ... and later swim in the floodlit pool.
With grandchildren of our own, we have tried to make the villa as child-friendly as possible, with no sharp edges!
There is also a children's Play Area on Sandy Ridge with slide, swings, etc.

Our villa "Lakeside" is within easy access of Disney, a 10 minute drive along quiet roads - and well located for all other Theme Parks & attractions. We are in the quiet conservation area of Sandy Ridge, with no thru-traffic, yet only a short drive from Junction 58 of the I-4 Interstate Road, and a few miles south of Highway-192, with all its shops and restaurants (and Old Town, famous for its specialist car nights).
Sandy Ridge is opposite the Multi-Million Dollar Reunion Golf resort, and 5 minutes drive from Champions Gate Golf Course (designed by Greg Norman). It is also the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Many other superb golf courses are located in the Disney vacation region, including those at Falcons Fire, Mystic Dunes, Celebration and Southern Dunes.
At Champions Gate there is also a shopping centre with restaurants who will deliver (phone free from villa!).
The Orlando area
Easy access to all Theme Parks fom our villa: only 10 minutes easy drive to Disney.
Lakeside-Orlando is on the border of Kissimmee, just 5 minutes easy drive from Junction 58 of the I-4 Interstate, with Cocoa Beach (Atlantic coast) and St Petes Beach (Gulf Coast) a further hour. Another half hour down the freeway takes you to the beautiful white sandy beach of Siesta Key..... Makes a great day out!

No rear neighbours!
With South-facing private pool we have the sun from dawn 'til dusk ... with a lanai for shelter if needed.
Just 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course. Nearby are Chinese restaurants and Pizza Hut both of whom will deliver, McDonalds and two excellent Publix supermarkets - also Petrol, Pharmacy, Banks and more.
