The Florida / Orlando Disney Area
Our villa "Lakeside" is within easy access of Disney, a 10 minute drive along quiet roads - and well located for all other Theme Parks & attractions. We are in the quiet conservation area of Sandy Ridge, with no thru-traffic, yet only a short drive from Junction 58 of the I-4 Interstate Road, and a few miles south of Highway-192, with all its shops and restaurants (and Old Town, famous for its specialist car nights).
Sandy Ridge is opposite the Multi-Million Dollar Reunion Golf resort, and 5 minutes drive from Champions Gate Golf Course (designed by Greg Norman). It is also the World Headquarters of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Many other superb golf courses are located in the Disney vacation region, including those at Falcons Fire, Mystic Dunes, Celebration and Southern Dunes.
At Champions Gate there is also a shopping centre with restaurants who will deliver (phone free from villa!).
Orlando area
Easy access to all Theme Parks fom our villa: only 10 minutes easy drive to Disney.
Lakeside-Orlando is just 5 minutes easy drive from Junction 58 of the I-4 Interstate, with Cocoa Beach (Atlantic coast) and St Petes Beach (Gulf Coast) a further hour. Another half hour down the freeway takes you to the beautiful white sandy beach of Siesta Key..... Makes a great day out!
How to get there
Only 10 minutes from Disney (east drive along quiet roads), with Sea World, Universal Studios and International Drive a further 10 minutes, our holiday villa rental is located on a quiet development backing on to a lake and woodland conservation.
Just 5 minutes from Champions Gate Golf Course. Nearby are Italian, Chinese and French restaurants, McDonalds and an excellent Publix supermarket - also Petrol, Pharmacy, Cash ATM and other shops.
New Publix supermarket /pharmacy and other shops recently opened - even nearer to Sandy Ridge!

With grandchildren of our own, we have tried to make the villa as child-friendly as possible, with no sharp edges!
