Home description
Villa St Augustin has a bit of history. The original part of the building dates back to the 18th Century and although it's now just a short walk to the local village, it use to be surrounded by agricultural land. The farm workers would stop off at the tiny, two storey 'watering hole' for a well deserved drink.
The current owners have recently completely renovated and extended the building to create a unique 2 bedroom private villa. Some of the quirky original features such as the exposed stone walls remain, but all modern comforts have been added.
There's a wonderful, shaded courtyard, as well as a large private garden with an enclosed swimming pool

Inside the villa there's a downstairs double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an upstairs twin room. There's also a separate ground floor shower room and toilet.
The kitchen and living room are spacious and open plan with french doors leading out into the private courtyard.
