Home description
Bella Orcheta has three bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a private swimming pool and is located in the quiet urbanisation of Bella Orcheta, near Villajoyosa, the first chocolate producing town in Spain just a 35 minute drive from Alicante airport.
There are bed places for up to 7 people. The living area is on the first floor and comprises a kitchen and dining area at one end and lounge area at the other. On the same floor is a double bedroom and a large shower room. On the ground floor, with access by internal stairs or by a door from the street, there is a further double bedded room a twin bedded room and another shower room. Please note that the internal stairs are quite narrow and steep so are not suitable for small children and the elderly who should use the exterior access. Outside is a private swimming pool and terrace with furniture, sun beds and a large barbecue.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables. Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal. Benidorm offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park.
Orcheta area
The small village of Orcheta is a few minutes drive and has a shops, bakers, butchers and various cafe/bars. There is also a mini 'Olympic' pool! A 10 minute drive will take you to the beautiful beach at Villajoyosa with seafront restaurants and bars. The harbour is at one end where, each evening, you can buy fresh seafood when the fishing boats come in at 5pm. Another 10 minute drive brings you to Finestrat that has a fine shopping mall with various supermarkets.
There are plenty of activities in the area from fishing in the reservoir (licence required from Orcheta town hall), numerous golf courses within a short drive and even cycling down the mountain as part of an organised coach excursion!
Benidorm is just 20 minutes with its excellent entertainment, shopping, beaches and nightlife. Here you will find the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura nature park, that also has a water park, Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia water park, the Castillo Conde de Alfaz where you can have dinner whilst watching medieval shows and the Benidorm Palace that provides superb entertainment with a four course dinner at a very reasonable price.

How to get there
Bella Orcheta is just outside the village of Orcheta, near to Villajoyosa, on the Spanish Costa Blanca. It is 5km from the motorway junction and just 2km to the village shops and restaurants. The beach, shops and restaurants of Villajoyosa are 7km, a 10minute drive.
The journey from Alicante airport is 50km, nearly all motorway, and takes just 35 minutes. From Murcia airport it is 130 km and will take 80 minutes and from Valencia 165km and 90 minutes, again nearly all motorway.
Flights to Alicante are available from a number of airlines including AerLingus, BMI Baby, British Airways, Easyjet, First Choice, FlyBe, FlyGlobespan, Jet 2, Monarch, Ryanair, and Thomsonfly which operate from a large number of UK Airports.
Flights to Murcia are available from sixteen different airports in the UK and through seven different, UK based low cost airlines. The flying times for all flights to Murcia Airport from the UK is around 2 hours and 30 minutes. With the arrival of several low cost airlines such as BMI Baby, Flybe, Jet2, Ryanair and Easyjet, Murcia Airport is becoming busier.
There are now twelve UK Airports that offer regular, scheduled flights to Valencia from five different Airlines: British Airways/ Iberia, Easyjet, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Ryanair.

Further details indoors: The kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, kettle, toaster, chip fryer, slow cooker and 4 burner hob. Please note there is no oven at the moment but the microwave has a grill function. There is a plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery. The washing machine is located in the bathroom on this floor and there are washing airers and a retractable washing line on the patio. The lounge has a television with satellite receiver, DVD and video player with various films and there is a music centre.
