Agriturismo is a unique opportunity to experience life on a working farm, the farmhouse is set on 5 hectares with vineyards, fruit and olive trees. One gets to savour the delights of home cooked Tuscan food and by special arrangement can turn your holiday break into a Tuscan cooking/learning experience.
Guests can be hosted in two separate apartments with well equipped kitchens, large sitting rooms and comfortable bedrooms or alternatively in en suite bedrooms.

The Tuscany region
When one thinks of Italy you imagine yourself sipping wine in the Tuscan countryside. Tuscany is a place steeped in history where ancient peoples have lived since the most ancient times. It is a region rich in culture, food, wine and history and from La Guglielmina you can enjoy any of those specialities.
There are many towns tucked away in the hills of this region, each with their own specialities for those romantic lunches. For beach lovers there are beautiful sandy beaches in Feniglia and Giannella, For golf enthusiasts there are nearby golf courses and for shoppers Rome and Florence are within driving distance. So there are many attractions to keep you busy during the long, lazy summer days.
Not more that 60 minutes away at Mt Amiata you will even find a small ski resort ......yes , even snow skiing in Tuscany during the months of December and January.
Orbetello area
A perfect place to connect with nature, relax and enjoy good food. Maremma is the coastal region of Southern Tuscany between Elba and Argentario. The coastal plain provides stunning sandy beaches and pretty coastal marinas, whilst inland the wooded hills of Southern Tuscany abound.
During the months of July and August the region comes alive with food, wine and music festivals.
How to get there
By Air: Budget airlines easyjet.co.uk and ryanair.com both offer several flights during the week direct to Rome Fiumicino or Pisa airport.
From Fiumicino airport it is an easy 1.30hr drive and from Pisa 1.55hr drive Car hire available at both airports
By Train: Orbetello train station is 5 min away A train trip from Rome to Orbetello takes a little over 1.30 hour. Trains to and from Rome leave regularly by the hour.
