The furniture is antique and elegant. Sea sight from all the rooms.
Dependance for 2 persons , twin beds room with bathroom-shower, air cond.
Studio (attached to dependance) for 1 person with little bath-WC, air cond.
Outside parking for 3 cars.
Equipment: internet connection(ISDN), TV - Sat., dishwasher, washing machine, screens at windows.
Distance from the beach: 5 minutes walking by the road or by the stairs on the rock (80 m. from the villa)

Naturalistic visits at : WWF oasis of Burano, Protected area of Feniglia, Natural Park of Uccellina.

How to get there

From Florence: Motorway A1 -exit at FIRENZE CERTOSA , then follow the SUPERSTRADA TO SIENA-GROSSETO- continue with AURELIA S.S. N°1 direction ROMA and at about 40 km from Grosseto -exit at the 2nd ANSEDONIA.
From ROMA: Motorway Roma-Civitavecchia, then follow AURELIA S.S. N°1 until
exit 1st ANSEDONIA.
