Podere Dante is a farmhouse located near Albinia, in the heart of the Maremma grossetana.

Nestled between the Monte Argentario, le Terme di Saturnia and the Park of Alberese Podere Dante, the privacy and relaxation are the watchwords of hospitality: you have everything at your fingertips – if desired – otherwise you can enjoy the peace and charm of the countryside.

Privacy and relaxation times mean nothing, nothing to which to think, no space limitations. Starting with the spacious apartment available which offers three rooms, all with private bathrooms, a large living room with dining area and a kitchen, equipped with all the comforts. The decor is refined, in line with country style, with some ironic note.

Podere Dante's Garden (3000 sqm with no fence on the fields) offers many alternatives all characterised by relaxation and contact with nature, but always with the maximum comfort. The barbecue allows you to organize fun barbecues can be enjoyed under the gazebo that overlooks pine trees and olive groves of Podere Dante; private terrace is very suggestive aperitifs by the end of the day and enjoy the last rays of Sun that fires up the fields and makes the atmosphere of Podere Dante magical, relaxing and exclusive. The garden guarantees maximum privacy but also allows you to lengthen the look on bucolic or hilly horizons, as you prefer.

Off Farm Dante opens the world of the Maremma: the incomparable Monte Argentario sea and the islands of Giannutri and Giglio, the Terme di Saturnia with the beneficial waters, the hinterland with its medieval villages each witness of great history and culture as Magliano, Capalbio and the incomparable Pitigliano; the natural parks of the lagoon of Orbetello and the Alberese. Without forgetting that the current Maremma is part of ancient Etruria, which makes it very interesting archaeologically, the most famous sites in Sovana and Pitigliano for sports fans the territory offers every type of recreation: diving, snorkeling, kite surfing on the sea, or golf, horseback riding, trekking, always surrounded by breathtaking and exclusive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
