This modern 1 bedroom, fully furnished and equipped apartment with private entrance is situated in a quiet residential area and within a 10 minute walk to the very Spanish village of Orba. Backing onto orange groves and with wonderful mountain views the private and secluded garden is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment is ideally situated for walking holidays, close by are many paths and trails that will take you through this beautiful picturesque area. Whether you are an experienced hill walker or just like to take a leisurely stroll through the countryside, this area has it all.
Our nearest beach is fifteen minutes by car and La Sella Golf is 20 minutes by car.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Orba is midway between Alicante and Valencia and approximately 1 hour from either airport. A 15 minute drive through beautiful orange groves will take you to your closest beach in the cosmopolitan town of Denia, where the beach stretches for 10 miles to the north - here all types of busy water sports can be found. The blue flag beaches of Javea and Calpe are only approximately 25 minutes by car. The quaint fishing coastal village of Moraira is approximately 30 minutes by car. The Jalon Valley (10 minutes by car) is a well known wine producing area where you can sample the wine at the local Bodegor.
A 20 minute drive through beautiful orange groves will bring you to your closest beach in the cosmopolitan town of Denia, where the beach stretches for 10 miles to the north - here all types of busy water sports can be found. Rastro flea & antique market is held in Jalon every Saturday morning and each village has a weekly morning market.
Orba area
The local village of Orba has 5 banks, 3 small supermarkets, bakery, 2 butchers, newsagent, tobacconist, chemist, opticians, dry cleaners, 24 hour medical centre, petrol station, hairdressers and numerous bars and restuarants. You will find many local fiestas in Orba and the surrounding villages during the summer months which are great fun (please ask us for dates and details). A large Mas y Mas supermarket can be found in Jalon (10 minutes by car). A new indoor shopping centre is located in Ondara (10 minutes by car) so if you wish to escape from the sun for a day you can shop till you drop?.
Sports- Denia's Yacht Club and Marina offer yacht charter, deep-sea fishing, diving & sailing courses. Hiking, Walking, Cycling:- The Vall de Laguar, Segaria mountain range and the Jalon and Rectoria valleys provide excellent walking, hiking or cycling routes. Absailing and canyon descent is available in the nearby Barranc del Infern. Horse riding - several stables in a 15-20km. radius. Tennis situated in Javea, Denia and Calpe. Go-karting and Quads Circuits in Ondara, Moraira, Denia and Oliva.
There are three good golf courses close to Orba. La Sella (Denia) designed by Jose Maria Olazabel, an 18 hole Par 72 is approx 15 mins by car, Don Cayo (Altea) is an 18 hole Par 72 and approximately 20 minutes by car and Oliva Nova (Oliva) an 18 hole Par 72 approximately 40 minutes by car.
The Ski resorts of Valdelinares and Javalambre in the province of Teruel, located 150 Kms. north-west of Valencia are a 2 hour drive away, where you will find a variaty of slopes together with two beginners slopes.
How to get there
Orba is centrally placed between Alicante and Valencia (1 hour by car from Alicante airport and 1 hour 15 minutes by car from Valencia airport).
We will email you directions from your arrival airport.
We will also provide you with a detailed local map of the area on your arrival and would be pleased to arrange car hire or collection from the airport if required.

Further details indoors: This modern and fully furnished apartment consists of a large lounge/dining area/fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite with large shower. The apartment has full central heating, fans, satellite television, DVD and CD player.
The apartment also benefits from its own private entrance. This tranquil setting is an ideal place to unwind and relax. We would appreciate no smoking in the apartment (an ashtray is provided in the garden area).
Further details outdoors: There is a private and secluded patio with outside dining table, 4 chairs, sun umbrella, 2 sun loungers (two olive trees for shade).
The use of owners pool (8m x 4m) which has Roman steps and lights, and a separate heated Jacuzzi for the winter months.
Your very own private Cabana is situated next to the apartment providing a special place to just relax whilst reading or simply enjoying the mountain views.

The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and has the benefit of full central heating for the winter months. We also have a new travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost.
There is free view satellite television installed in the apartment but if you wish to extend your programme viewing please bring your Sky card.
Good quality bedlinen, bath and hand towels. Beach/pool towels are also provided. Apartment cleaned to a very high standard before and after each visitor.
