A fabulous detached 4 bedroomed villa with extensive south facing terracotta terracing, panoramic views over Denia, the mountains, the Mediterranean and on a clear day Ibiza. It is situated in a quiet, but not isolated, location on a hillside above the village of Benedoleig.

Large Indonesian style covered naya for relaxed alfresco dining with subtle under lighting for evening eating whilst enjoying the breathtaking scenery and the 10 x 5 m swimming pool.

Superbly modernised throughout and designer finished to the highest specification. The accommodation is very spacious. The large bright lounge has 2 large sofas and a contemporary woodburner. All four bedrooms have matching fitted beech wardrobes and colour coordinated bed covers and curtains. The bathroom and shower room are stunning. The kitchen is fully fitted with a granite worktop. All ceiling lighting is brushed metal recessed fittings with dimmers.

The property is fully air conditioned and heated by an independent electric slim-line panel heater system.

Welcome to the 'White Coast', an enchanting part of Spain with miles of outstanding sandy beaches and orange groves against a backdrop of dramatic mountain ranges.

The climate is mild and sunny in the Winter and hot in the Summer months.

The AP7 Toll road is only 10 minutes away enabling easy access to the Water and Theme Parks at Benidorm and day visits to the cities of Alicante, Valencia and Murcia.

Orba area

The beach resorts of Denia and Javea are only 15-20 minutes drive away.

Javea is charming with exceptionally clean beautiful soft sand. This is an ideal beach for children having volley ball nets and a children's' play area. There is an excellent choice of restaurants lining the beach front providing a wonderful day for all the family. The well known La Sella and Oliva Nova golf courses are close by.

Denia boasts the largest beach in the area. Facilities include watersports and a great choice of restaurants and bars. Denia is a cosmopolitan town with many character features including the quaint fishermans quarter, cobbled streets and 12th Century castle.

Other places to visit include Altea with its picturesque old town, Guadalest historic cliff top castle, the natural waterfalls at Fonts D'Algar and the nearby Safari Park.

* Fly to Alicante or Valencia airports - both about 1 hour drive from the villa.

* Airlines include Thomson Fly, Easy Jet, Bmi, Ryan Air, Jet2, Monarch.

* Several car hire operators, including Solmar, Budget, Victoria Cars, Centauro, Europcar and Record Rent a Car.

Ample south facing terracing surrounds the 10m x 5m swimming outdoor swimming pool(unheated). For those with children the pool has a deep end and is not fenced off from the terrace.

Conditions

Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in pounds.

On booking a non-returnable deposit is payable equivalent to 30% of the total cost. The outstanding amount is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

A security fee of £300 is also payable which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. This is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixture and fittings.
