The owners will meet and greet you on your arrival and supply a welcome pack
They are available to offer help and advice and information regarding the locality
and surroundings if you wish.

Fresh linen and towels are provided each week,
But we do ask you to provide your own Beach/Pool towels
If you wish to travel light we can hire you Beach/Pool towels

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

In the Northern Costa Blanca there are so many places of interest they include:-
Guadalest an inland mountain village 600m above sea level in the mountains with its 12th century moorish castle. An absolute must see.
The Fonts d' Agua Waterfalls at Callosa d'EnSarria
Benidorm and its four Themed Parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar and Aqualandia. 30 minutes away
There are markets galore, the most famous being The Jalon Market on Saturdays in the Jalon valley.
There are caves, safari parks, Go karting and a Bull Ring in Ondara (5 minutes),
Golf: There are 3 championship Golf courses nearby, and many more further afield
Boats, big boats, little boats, Marinas, The Port at Denia, excursions and trips around the bay or to Ibiza
Fishing, Watersports, Diving, Snorkling, Windsurfing etc.
Nature Parks, Climbing, Walking, Cycling. You'll have to return year on year to fit it all in!

Orba / Sanet y Negrals area

Sanet y Negrals where Montesano is situated is in the Northern Costa Blanca.
Only 10minutes drive to a 20Km stretch of white sandy, blue flag beaches to the north, and secluded rocky coves to the south.
Sanet y Negrals a small 300 year old farming village, is one of 8 small villages located around the perimeter of a horseshoe of mountains forming the Orba (Girona) Valley which opens out to the sea, thus creating a micro climate. We enjoy over 300 sunny days a year and very mild winters.
The valley is made up of lush orange groves.
In spring the heady scent of orange blossom hangs heavy in the air all around the valley.
Montesano is built on the south facing slopes of the Sierra Segaria mountain range just above the friendly village of Sanet y Negrals. The village is typically Spanish and todate unspoilt, it has 2 little (typically Spanish) grocery stores, butcher, 2 bakeries, bank, chemist, tobacconist, 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Pub
and a Pizza Take Away.
There is now a newly opened Shopping Mall, 10 minutes drive away in Ondara, with many high street shops and stores, restaurants, supermarket and Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling .
Neighbouring villages also provide an excellent choice of restaurants and bars, many with live music and dancing.
There is always a fiesta within easy reach especially during the summer months. The main Sanet Fiesta is the first week in September.

How to get there

Alicante or Valencia Airports are equidistant.
Only an hours easy drive on the A7/E15 motorway to Junction 62 Ondara, Denia, Javea exit.

The budget airlines Ryanair , Easyjet , BMI, Thomson and Monarch etc offer regular flights into these Airports
A wide range of car hire companies are available at good rates.

Shower Room with WC. wash hand basin and shower cubicle.

Tiki Hut with table and chairs for shady alfresco dining.
Traditional Spanish Brick BBQ. with sink and light and Gas BBQ with gas ring

The villa is set in beautiful mediterranean gardens, with private secluded seating areas, amongst Palm Trees, Jacaranda, Pines, Cactus, Orleanders, Bourganvillea, and tropical plants all with mountain views.
The owners have their own private terrace and garden area.

Access to the Apartment is after 4pm and we require that you vacate by 11am unless otherwise arranged

We ask for £100 security (cleaning/damage) deposit per booking which is refunded within 2 weeks, subject to a satifactory inspection after you vacate.
