There is a superb balcony, where you can chill out with a glass of wine and take in the fantastic view. The villa is air conditioned throughout, so even in the height of summer you can cool off inside. There are 2 sun terraces, one with a built in barbecue area to the front of the property and the other by the private pool. The Valenciana region

The villa is situated in northern Coasta Blanca close to lots of greats places to visit. The picturesque town of Denia is just 18 kilometers from the villa by car, with its castle built in the 11th and 12th century offering wonderful views of the sea, its large working fishing port and marina, Denia has it all! A wealth of local history, long golden beaches, great shopping and an endless selection of bars and restaurants offering a variety of traditional Spanish and international cuisine.

Javea is 23 kilometers from Orba by car and boasts a beautiful golden sandy beach with a great selection of restaurants and shops to keep everyone entertained. The beach has small play areas and climbing frames dotted along its edge for the younger members of the family, volley ball nets for the more energetic, great swimming and (usually) lots of sun.

There are lots of other lovely places to visit in the surrounding area and we have provided, leaflets and information on many of them in the villa for your use.

Orba is a small village in the heart of the Costa Blanca region of Spain. Every year it increases in popularity with holiday makers. The town is conveniently situated within an hour or so of both Alicante and Valencia airports.

There are plenty of restaurants, and bars in and around the Orba area. Most offer a good value 'Menu of the Day' and the speciality of the region, Paella. There are many traditional places serving snacks and tapas, a pizza restaurant in the centre and even an Indian restaurant.

There is a new supermarket situated in Orba - just 1.5k from the villa making the holiday shopping quick and easy.

For those who wish to enjoy a traditional Spanish fiesta, the biggest is held in May over a four-day weekend and a further week-long fiesta is held at the end of July beginning of August.

With an average of almost 3000 hours of sunshine every year and an average temperature of over 20 degrees, Orba enjoys a lovely Mediterranean climate. It is hot in the summer and protected from the North winds by surrounding mountains in the winter.

The climate of the area is one of the most equitable in the world - not too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. It boasts 325 sunny days each year, on average, making it a great all year round destination.

"Villa offering breathtaking views with peace and tranquility."

Villa was great with everything we needed for our family holiday and the layout even lent itself in accommodating our elderly parents with two beautiful en suite bedrooms at street level. Indeed for larger families or friends travelling together the villa offered a good layout with two further bedrooms at basement level which allowed for a bit of privacy and with outside space at street and basement level there was something for everyone.
My boys (14 and 9) loved the large pool and body boards, balls and other bits that seemed to be available at the villa at their disposal while our parents were happy to pass the time reading on the balcony / terrace and taking in the views.
A car is a definite must if only to get to the large supermarket (not that far away but a long walk otherwise).
