A new 3 bedroom executive villa situated in an exclusive development of Porta D'Orba in an area of stunning beauty with views across the Orba Valley to the mountains and sea. Located close to the traditional Spanish town of Orba with it's slow pace of life, yet you are within few minutes drive of some of the best beaches, golf, restaurants and entertainment on the North Costa Blanca. Each day can be as different as you like, from sunbathing by the private pool, on an unspoilt beach, playing golf, mountain walking, or visiting safari and theme parks. An evening can end with a relaxing meal at one of the many fine local restaurants.
The Lounge and two bedrooms open out to a magnificent terrace with panoramic views. There are 3 other large terraces to enjoy the outdoors depending on you preference, from the covered terrace on the ground floor near the swimming pool to a rooftop solarium with 360 degrees view.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The villa is based in the North Costa Blanca region of Denia with coastal towns of Oliva, Javea, Calpe, Altea, and Jalon Valley all nearby. Long stretches of fine white sandy beaches are separated from towering blue mountains by evergreen lush orange groves. The stunning scenery and over 300 days a year sunshine makes this an ideal destination for all seasons.Cheerful Spanish life pulsates in the picturesque towns of the area with plenty of entertainment and culture on offer, not to mention the unforgettable fiestas. There are also mouth watering local dishes based on fresh produce available in abundance in local markets.
The area has a healthy climate with temperatures ranging from 28 to 30 degrees C in the summer and from 16 to 19 degrees C in winter.
Valencia with its medieval old town and modern marina hosting the Americas cup in 2007 is a major tourist attraction.
The Terra mitica theme park and Mundo Mar 'Sea world' near Benidorm are only 35 minutes drive away.
Orba area
Orba is a traditional attractive Spanish village surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing towards the sea over a valley covered in orange and almond groves is in a very serene location.There is a good choice of local restaurants, bars, places of historical interest and a range of useful facilities. It is a gateway to the inland mountain region and great hiking trails.
Denia is the nearest major town with a population of 30,000 and retains a strong Spanish feel. It is clustered around a castle built by the Moors at the base of the 'Montgo' National park mountain. Denia has a soft sandy 'Las Marinas' beach to the north and a Rocky 'Los Rotas' coast to the south, in between the two lies a new Marina with exclusive restaurants overlooking the harbour and the town. There are Coastal trip and daily boat trips to Ibiza from here. Marcos de Campos street is the hub of the town with a large selection of fashionable shops and designer boutiques. In the evening this area and the waterfront are host to lively outdoor dining and sophisticated nightlife.

The area is served by Valencia (Ryanair, Easeyjet) and Alicante( Easeyjet, BMI) Airport both about 60 minutes drive. All the major car hire companies are available.
