A beautiful, modern detached villa situated on an exclusive development near to the village of Orba. This stylish holiday villa sleeps six and offers the most amazing sea and valley views.

This villa includes a high specification fitted kitchen, separate open plan dining area and lounge with patio doors that lead to an open naya/terrace area. Sleeping accommodation comprises master bedroom with patio doors to a balcony overlooking the pool area, an ensuite bathroom with corner bath, and further twin bedroom with patio doors leading to balcony with views towards the sea The third bedroom is downstairs (accessed via an external staircase) and has twin beds. The downstairs apartment also offers a walk-in shower, toilet and washand basin.

Outside there is a 8 x 4 private pool with terrace areas which benefits from all day sun, stunning views and a large shaded naya with gas barbeque - a perfect retreat for those wishing to escape the heat of the mid-day sun!

Casa del Rey features a fabulous 8 x 4 m pool with stunning views across the valley towards the sea. There is a large outdoor eating area with gas barbeque together with a shaded seating area to escape from the mid-day sun.

Prices shown are for rental of the property per week in euros. On booking, a 30% deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the start of your holiday.

A security fee of 300 euros is also payable when you pay your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings or execessive cleaning after your departure. We will always discuss any deductions with you before returning the security deposit.

The Valenciana region

The area is an excellent location for walking and cycling. The unspoilt Spanish village of Orba is less than 5 minutes drive away where you will find local bars, shops and restaurants. Inexpensive meals can be enjoyed, why pay more on the coast when you have the spectacular views to enjoy.

Denia has beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and shops and night-life and this is only a 20 minute drive away. Other beach resorts like Javea, Moraira and Calpe are all within a 30 minute drive. Many of these towns have markets through out the week where some very nice Spanish items can be purchased.

Orba

For the golf enthusiasts there are several golf courses nearby. Day trips in the area include Mundomar (exotic Animal Park), Aqualandia (water Fun Park) and Terra Mitica (theme park).

Denia is known for its water sports which include scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips, and jet skis. Lemon Express is an excellent way of enjoying the scenery it consists of a narrow gauge railway from Denia to Alicante
