About the home
3 of the 4 double bedrooms and the lounge open out directly onto the balcony with its outstanding views over the village and mountains beyond.
The pool terrace has an outside kitchen with barbecue and sink, fridge etc ample sun loungers, tables and chairs with sun shades. The balcony has a large table and chairs for AL fresco dining and more sun loungers and casual tables and chairs.Inside is a fully fitted kitchen and utility room, four double bedrooms 3 with king size double beds and one with twin beds. The lounge and inside dining room open onto the American kitchen. The master bedroom has a bathroom on suite and there is also a luxury shower room.All furniture and fittings are new and of the best quality.
All linen and towels are provided including pool and beach towels as is the full air conditioning in every room or central heating for the winter.The entire accommodation is on one level with the road and our own car parking area.There are however 7 steps leading down to the pool terrace.The housekeeper/maid service can be extended to full daily service with concierge service upon request.
All clients are personally welcomed by our friendly housekeeper with fresh flowers , champagne,beers, a welcome card and some basic shopping all included in our prices. There are no hidden extras.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
According to the world health organisation the region the villa is in is one of the most beneficial and mildest area for health in the world. The summers do reach the high 30's however and the winters can get cold at night.

The Orba / Orbeta area
The coastal towns with all their associated day and night activities are within thirty minutes drive away. At fifteen minutes drive away is the shopping mall at Ondara with many top named shops, bowling , cinemas, with English language facilities and amusements etc. Closer to the villa at just a short walk away the village and immediate area has many attractions including varied bars , restaurants, Swimming pools lively fiesta's in summer and at Christmas, cultural centre, horse riding, paragliding, rock climbing and the local activity holidays centre of Tururac, also walking and nature trail pursuits.

Had a great time the villa was lovely and we enjoyed the local restaurants, the drive to the coast was easy. All in all we had a great time and the booking and arrangements to pick up the keys all happened without any problems. Response: thank you for your review it is apreciated |

It's hard to get an idea of how good this villa is actually. The picutres on the website are good, but they really don't prepare you for the absolute luxry of the place itself. Big enough to sleep at least 8, fitted with 2 spacious bathrooms and with a sun terrace that can be accessed from all the bedrooms, it's hard to find anything to fault it. The views on a sunny day looking voer Orba are breathtaking and the pool allows you to view the scene unobstructed. The only thing to say is that the location, situated just up from the small village of Orba, isn't for people who are looking for late night bars and endless entertainment. Most places are shut on a Monday and seemed to have limited opening hours. If you want to visit the bright lights however, Valencia is about 45 minutes on the train, with a 30 minute car journey to the train station beforehand. This villa is perfect if you want to relax, soak up the rays and generally forget everything. Highly recommended- we'll be heading back next year! Response: thank you very much for your review |
