The Antigua region

Antigua, the largest of the English-speaking Leeward Islands, is about 14 miles long and 11 miles wide, encompassing 108 square miles. Its highest point is Boggy Peak (1319 ft.), located in the southwestern corner of the island. Barbuda, a flat coral island with an area of only 68 square miles, lies approximately 30 miles due north. The nation also includes the tiny (0.6 square mile) uninhabited island of Redonda, now a nature preserve. The current population for the nation is approximately 68,000 and its capital is St. John's on Antigua.

Temperatures generally range from the mid-seventies in the winter to the mid-eighties in the summer. Annual rainfall averages only 45 inches, making it the sunniest of the Eastern Caribbean Islands, and the northeast trade winds are nearly constant, flagging only in September. Low humidity year-round.

WOW what a place for a villa. We all had a good time and enjoyed staying at the villa and to be honest the photo's on the web site didn't really do justice, that was one of the first things I said upon arriving, it's so well furnished and decorated. B.D. UK

Of all the fantastic beaches we visited the one that is right near your house was the best. The house was very comfortable and contained everything we needed. The villa had everything we could possibly have ever wanted, from the kitchen facilities through to simple things like enough hanging space for all our clothes. We loved the location tucked away near to Darkwood beach, which I must say has to be one of the best beaches on the south side of the island... The villa was perfect. It is spacious and beautiful. We had such a fantastic time.
The proximity to Darkwood beach, which is one of the nicest beaches, was so convenient.
There were so many good restaurants near by as well.

The villa is perfect ,large ,immaculately clean and very well equipped , there is everything in there that you would need.
We were amazed at the welcome food and drink pack ,everything we needed for at least two days including wine!!!!
the villa is in a beautiful secluded position, secure and a short stroll to the beautiful Darkwood beach.what more can we say but a big thank you ,we will certainly be going back again to a little piece of Heaven in Paradise.
