Home description
Vila Hollick is a new stone villa South facing, 20 metres from the beach, in Orahovac a picturesque fishing village. The entrance to the villa is on the first floor into a spacious open plan room, consisting of a large seating area with a big terrace and a beautiful view over the bay of Kotor, an arch through to the kitchen area and a cloakroom. Below on the ground floor is off road parking, a large spacious family bedroom with french doors opening on to a terrace, a bathroom with bath/shower, wc and washing machine. This room is suitable for young families as there are no balconies, it also has a double sofa bed and additional room for a cot. On the top floor we have three bedrooms two with double beds and one with twin beds all with their own shower rooms, wcs and balconies and two with sea views. The house is air conditioned and has central heating for the winter months. Outside we have a small paved garden with a barbeque and large table with 8 chairs and a small table with 4 chairs.

The Boka Kotorska Fjord region
One of the four Montenegrin seaside regions, Boka Kotorska is made up of four beautiful bays, it is adorned by historic towns and surrounded by wild and rugged mountains. This stunning Fjord is a true visitors delight, full of scenic variety, charm and exploring potential. Kotor is situated at the bottom of the Bay of Kotor and is a UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The old town has managed to keep its medieval Mediterranean atmosphere with narrow, zigzag streets and churches dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. Inside the old town there are lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a lively night life during the holiday season. Kotor has a daily market for fresh produce and day trips can be arranged from the Harbour. Montenegro enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate with sea temperatures ranging from 12 degrees C in February to 25 degrees C in August.
Orahovac area
Orahovac is a small fishing village with one of the best beaches in the area which is a stones throw from the villa. The beach is very family orientated and everyone is very friendly. The village has a hotel which I believe has started doing some water sports this year and two small shops for essentials with supermarkets about 10 minutes drive away in Risan and Dobrota. At the far end of the village is a lively beach bar and water polo which is good for a nice cool drink. 5 minutes away is the beautiful old UNESCO village of Perast which essentially an old stone nautical town with a strong Venetian influence, and certainly worth a visit. Orahovac is perfectly situated for relaxing or exploring around the ancient towns and cities of this region - Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Rose and offers tranquillity, history,walking, wildlife and total relaxation in one of the most stunning locations in Europe.

Flights to Dubrovnik (Croatia) About 40 miles from Perast. B.A from Gatwick daily May- October then three times a week in Winter. Thomson Fly from Luton and Manchester three times a week May- October. FlyBe from Birmingham once a week May- October. Flights to Tivat airport Montenegro. About 16 miles from Perast. Montenegro Airlines. Wed & Sun from Gatwick all year.Avro weekly flights from Manchester and Gatwick on a Tuesday. Jat from Heathrow on Saturdays May- September. Car Hire is available at the airports and is adviseable. Local taxi can be arranged.

Further details indoors: Towels and linen are included and changed weekly or in between each rental. Cleaning is once a week or between rentals, extra cleaning and linen can be arranged. Beach towels are not included.

Car Parking. There is only parking for two cars, one can be off road and one in front of the house.

Booking Conditions. A non-refundable 25% deposit payable on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Payment is in Euros via bank transfer.
A refundable deposit of 300 euro's is required on arrival to cover any breakages.
A one off residential tax of 3 euros per person and local tourist tax of 80 cents a day per person,needs to be paid within 24 hours, our local agent can advise.
Winter rentals are subject to a charge for electricity used.
