It is 3 room apartment with bathroom and extra toilet.

Parking is free and available in front of object.

Perfect sunny living room and terace.

25km from the Split and 25km from the Makarska.

50km from the Airport Split.

Parking info!

The town of Omis started charging parking in front of the building.

The price of a parking ticket for one day is 10 €, for a week is 15 €. For 10-20 nights is 27€.

Parking is public parking by the road.

With this ticket you can park a car in centar olso in Zone 2.

We hope that this will be free places during the busy season so you have a parking space in front of the entrance to the apartment. :-)

Since I do not know how long you stay in the apartment, the price is not included. It is paid separately, depending on the length of stay.

I can offer you free parking ticket on a parking 250m from the apartment!

Dear Caroline, thank you for your Review. Yes, the building has no lift. As described in the ad and in each Review! This is the building law in Croatia for up to 4 floors. You knew it before booking! All the guests mentioned it but did not mind them because the staircase is very comfortable and super illuminated day and night. That's why you had this superb view from the terrace and peace and quiet in the apartment because you are on top. I believe that you are satisfied becouse I have come to look for you by night to the town and brought you to the apartment because you were not able to found me in a new rent a car. :-) (maby without gps) I'm glad you spent lovely time here and you had parking place in front of the entrance. I am gled that the apartment was fully equipped to your liking. Best from the sea!

Why can't I call Natasa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Natasa (the owner) a message.

If Natasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
