The house is situated in the old main square of a beautiful white village, surrounded by beautiful views and countryside. As we are in the main square you are able to park right outside the house, an added bonus in the old Arabic village as the streets are very narrow! Visit the Arabic castle and spend time wandering round the Arabic quarter, and enjoy Tapas in one of the many local restaurants Lake Zahara is close by and there are walks and cycle paths on the Via Verde. Seville, Malaga, and Cadiz are approx 1.5 hours away, Rhonda 30 minutes, Antequera and El Torcal approx 1 hour. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktop, juliet balconies to the front and rear of the lounge kitchen and a small terrace for you to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine. The Andalucia region
The property is ideally placed for exploring Andalucia, being at the crossroads of the three historic cities of Cadiz, Seville and Malaga. By car it is possible to travel to Malaga, Cadiz, Jerez and Seville (l.5 hrs). Cordoba and Granada are both accessible for a day trip, being 2 hours by car. The Region has a rich culture, many historic monuments, Arabic and Roman settlements.
Olvera is an old Arabic settlement. Visit the Arabic castle and wander around the narrow streets of the town, stopping to take in the views of the surrounding stunning countryside and sample Andalusian cuisine and tapas in one of the many local bars and restaurants.
Lake Zahara is close by and has a man made beach open in the summer.
The Via Verde starts in Olvera and is great for walking and cycling.
