A luxury villa, split into 2 completely separate apartments, with its own large swimming pool and separate baby pool situated in private grounds providing a very exclusive feel. The upper, quite superbly finished 4 bedroom apartment sleeps 2 to 8 people is available for rent. It has 3 terraces for alfresco dining with panoramic views of the mountainous scenery . Access to both floors of the upper apartment is via a marble staircase, on the attic level the accommodation has been romantically styled with a king sized bed, private roof terrace and a jacuzzi for two. Air conditioning, clean drinking water and top quality cotten linen is all free of charge.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Turkey is usually very warm and sunny and the Turquoise Coast is no exception to this. The villa is set on a mountain slope (1000 ft above sea level) and so receives cooling breezes which are most welcome in the height of summer, a little way away from the famous hot beach and lagoon of Olu Deniz. This beach is probably one of the most photographed places in the Mediterranean. A protected natural lagoon with tree lined hills and a shallow spit of white pebbly sand gently shelving into the warm turquoise blue sea. There a lot to see and discover here in a location spilling over with ancient history, and the setting for Lois Bernieres best seller 'Birds without Wings' was set in the nearby Greek ghost town of Kayakoy!

Olu Deniz area

Nearby Fethiye was once the ancient Lycian town of Telmessos and there are fine rock cut tombs to explore. Plenty of things to do between sun bathing!

Visit Patara ,the white sand beach and the Saklikent gorge , an hour by car, or the Butterfly Valley and Twelve Islands ,accessible by boat, the river town of Dalyan with its rock tombs and mud baths,or the yachting centre of Gocek.

The villa is only a few minutes walk from the lively restaurant and shopping resort of Hisaronu which particularly comes to life after dark with its bars,and small shops selling Turkish carpets,gold,lather goods and casual designer clothing at bargain prices! Ovacik has a market on Monday but Tuesday is the large market day, in Fethiye town with its harbour frontage.

Payment

Prices for peak season are the flat rate of £545. Mid and Low season rates are based on group size, the standard being a group of 4. Additional guests ( 5th guest onwards) are charged at an extra £25 per guest per week.

50%of booking fee required to confirm booking. The remainder 16 weeks prior to departure.

Guests must depart the apartment by 10am on day of departure when an incoming group is arriving. Where there is no incoming party and if it is possible guests may use the accommodation until their transport arrives.

Book in time for arriving guests is 1300 however should the apartment already be cleaned and vacated an ealier entry may be arranged if possible.
